In the morning today i meet a indian girl manjett She gave me a very good service, greeted me with smile and helped me to find a gift for my friend. I really liked her service. Will visit this location again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there this week because the manager Carol, and as it was at Metrotown, Carol is just...awesome!! She has an excellent customer service and positive attitude, what makes me go to Lougheed Mall now. I've just would like to have more options at Lougheed, because Metrotown has lots of different styles .

I can not have anyone take her place she rocks, !!! And me for a senior of 64 she makes my day I love suzy shier I am the suzy girl senior with the best staff like Katie I recommend to shop there yahoooo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the clothes at Suzy Shier, and generally know what size fits me. So the benefit of shopping in store versus online should be trying on the clothes. However, doing that at this location is an abysmal experience. The change rooms are tiny, in disrepair, have only two hooks to hang the clothes as well as your own clothes and belongings, and have no mirrors in them. You need to go outside the change room to see if you like the clothes, possibly in view of people in the store and mall.
I like the brand and staff, but hate the experience of this Suzy Shier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just Want to say my experience with Suzy shier was fantastic. From the minute I walked in till the minute I left I was Welcomed by Tracy. She was happy and friendly. She said she was fairly new but seemed as she was there for a long time. She helped me find what I needed and didn’t t rush me at all. She was patient and made me feel so comfortable. I enjoyed talking to her. I hope
She is recognized and acknowledged for her hard work and efficiency. People like that make a store amazing. I will Be back to see her again.
