★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brandon Brar is absolutely amazing! In the beginning we were worried because most people told us that younger realtor are not attentive and they won't give you a 100 percent.
The first day we met him was a surprise for us, he asked what we wanted to do and what we were looking for, he took notes and most importantly he was not pushy.
We gave him a list and he was so precise and detailed with everything he sent us, be stayed in our budget range, when we did viewings he came prepared with questions and what changes happened with the building and their minutes, he did his research and we really appreciate that.
He found a condo last minute that was everything we were looking for and he was on the phone with us while at the Dentist, he told us what to look for and then the following day before we put an offer he wanted to view it and check the minutes. We bought it and when the inspection was to be done he was there, everytime we wanted to verify or asked questions he was there. He made the process easy and he works really hard for us and I appreciate that so much!!!!!!!
I would give him the highest recommendation!!!!!
If you are buying a house try and talk to him, he is super knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does.
