I called the day previous as I had a questions and wanted to see if Nicole had any bookings (COVID and all) she was fully booked but the next day they looked up my (new) work number and called me back as they had someone cancel. I was blown away at the customer service Gates (on the phone) provided, she was super helpful! Can not say enough how great they are!
Nicole was amazing! She knew exactly how much pressure to aapply and where without me saying a word, she has magic hands! I feel so relax and better aligned. Will be going back for sure ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good luck booking here. After they canceled the day of my birthday, I just received a call they’re canceling my next appointment on Feb 2. Apparently, there was a glitch in their online booking system. 0 for 2 in the last year. I’ll go somewhere else, thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clinic. Good location in yaletown, close to transit and parking. Clean comfortable massage rooms and tables. Massage therapist Paul is great, super knowledgeable and professional. Great COVID protocols in place. They direct Bill insurance too. Great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin is very knowledgable and professional. He helped me through a terrible triad elbow fracture recovery plus my standard maternity aches during the three trimesters years later. Kevin will end his appointment with good tips for doing stretches at home which if done properly will reduce the pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an ongoing shoulder pain that had me out of commission for over 6 weeks. A friend recommended I go see Kevin Burger so I did. He thoroughly analyzed me before the treatment and then gave my shoulder area an incredibly effective massage. At the end of the session he gave stretches to do. A week later and my shoulder is nearly 100% better. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not leave your credit card on their file. The receptionist didn't know what she was doing! She charged me 5 times for one treatment, one from my insurance company and 4 from my credit card.
