Living in one city while trying to find a rental in another city is hard enough, let alone during a pandemic. We found Susan via google and she immediately called us to start sending us listings. Throughout the whole process, she was accommodating, thorough, and always there to answer any of our questions. Since we were out of town, Susan did all of our showings via Zoom, which she downloaded just for us.
