This review is wayyyyy overdue, but necessary! We called Peter as he was the listing agent at a house we were looking at. It was near the beginning of the first COVID lockdown and it was hard to get information from realtors without providing financial commitment right from the start. Peter was more than willing to give us all the info we asked for (and then some), and when we realized the first house wasn't for us, we worked with him to find our new home. He paid attention to our requests and only sent us listings that were applicable. He went above and beyond when it came time to put in an offer and negotiate, which resulted in us paying less than asking, helping to cover outstanding fees which the previous owner still owed, and made sure we weren't stuck with a hot water rental bill that was a bit hidden. And when we finally took possession, he remembered a specific item my partner fell in love with at one of the listings we saw and gave it to us as a little gift. Fast forward almost a year since we took possession of our new home, and Peter is still in constant communication. We get updates on pricing in our neighbourhood, monthly mail updates, and have received surprise food gifts from his realty company in the way of pizza and one of the best pumpkin pies I've ever had.
