Our initial purchase/sale went absolutely fantastic with Jordan helping to secure the condo at a reasonable price and then selling it for maximum profit when we outgrew the location. We knew that we needed to upgrade so my wife and I started to look out in Durham region where we fell in love with a home in Courtice, ON.
