★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time camping here... this campground is great, campsite are very well maintained, all of them are graded. Lots of space between campsites, lots of privacy. Really quiete place. Lots of trails to bike or to walk around. Nice beach for kids. Definitely coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great campground. Bathrooms are well maintained as well as the garbage and recycling. The camp spots are cleaned and raked between visitors as well as the firepits are cleaned out. Short walk to Surveyors lake for warm swim and a great float. Beaches are good, but the ground is soft once you get out a little bit or away from the beaches. Koocanusa is close by and thier boat launch is steep and deep enough to launch just about anything
Have launched a sailboat from it many times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sites are all very large. Almost perfectly level. Picnic tables and large and have a extended end for the BBQ. Sites are also 100 feet from each other. Surveyors Lake is perfect for kayaking. Turtles everywhere. We will be going again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great lake, pretty color, awsome wildlife. When we went we all got swimers itch. All the little kids were crying home. I suggest a cooler lake the parasite cant live in cooler lakes. The parasite comes from duck poo when, it actuly comes from a snail but when the duck eats the snails it comes out the other end into the lake. Swimmers itch is a parasite that irrtates your skin causing it it to ich , its worse than chicken pocks. It doesnt do anything harmfull just that. We used baking soda and a rough rag in and cold shower that helped a ton, but we all had rashes for the next 3 days. Great lake for nature veiws or fisher men. Good for kayaking two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favourite campground, we try to make it an annual visit to camp here for a week at least. Very family/kid friendly, the sites are spacious, there is water/washroom access everywhere and the beach is very close with boat/watercraft rentals. The wasps were a little crazy this year, but other than that nothing to complain about.
