My six year old son had a severe stomach pain and throwing ups. We reached there at 8:00 pm an hour before closing time and We were told that they have no more slots. I almost beg to them to see my son but I was rudely refused by the lady at the counter. I do not understand this slot or spot system. I asked her how many slots they have in a day, she had no answer. She simply said, I cannot tell you the number. Most of the walk in clinics do the same. Sometime even three hours before closing time, if you go there, you are told that no more slots are available.

Fast no bs service. This is a clinic that wants to help people who need a doctor, not just hit the patient quota by lunch time and close like every other walk in clinic. In order to do this, they turn away people that are not really in need of their service, to reserve the slot for someone who needs it more. I understand this can frustrate some people, but I really appreciate this. If you want a skin tag removed, or a wart frozen they will likely tell you to make an appointment with a family doctor, so someone in pain or really sick can be treated instead. Thank you surrey urgent care for being so awesome!

So, I totally understand why people have been leaving negative reviews. The website says people can come in and receive urgent care. But, when you arrive, you're told that you need to come in first thing in the morning and make an appointment. But that's completely contrary to the concept of urgent care. If this is supposed to alleviate the pressure on the ER, I'm not sure how effective it is if you still can't just walk in. I think the website needs to be updated to reflect what the process actually is when you arrive on site. Alternatively, it might make more sense NOT to refer to this as an urgent care centre if I can't come and receive urgent care. If I still need to make an appointment to receive urgent care, then it isn't urgent care: it's a doctor's office for folks without a family physician. It operates like a doctor's office, though the messaging and branding around it suggests otherwise. Particularly for those of us who come from other provinces and have actually been to an urgent care centre, this ain't it! In the end, I am left with the same two choices I had before I came: go to the ER or call my family doctor.

Accompanied a relative to come here. Waited only 15 minutes. Note that patients are seen on a priority basis, so don't be mad if they don't pick others before you. Met by a young doctor who seemed to be knowledgable and who said exactly the same as the family doctor. He typed very fast! The office is well equipped, clean and modern. We were happy about this experience.

Our first time coming to this Primary / Urgent care clinic recommended by 811 nurse. We had a good experience with the Receptionist, Nurse, and Doctor. We needed to come back twice (not complaining) for registration (for new patient) and appointment time (due to physical distancing- they don't want a lot of people inside the clinic). We didn't wait too long to see the Doctor. Receptionist was nice enough when I called to check if I can still book an appointment even it was around 2pm. Nurse took her time to triage my daughter and Doctor also took her time to check my daughter and listened to my concerns. I didn't get their names but I want to thank them for their hard work and bedside manner!

Absolutely wonderful people. Brought my son in for an ear infection. Was seen right away. The receptionist was very pleasant to talk to. The doctor was very nice. The nicest walk in clinic I have ever been to hand down.

Very unprofessional and laid back attitude by the staff. My daughter was throwing up and had fever. We took her to a walk in and we’re referred to this clinic as the walk in where we took her was fully booked. We sat for 3 hours before we were seen by a nurse and then we were told to come back after 5 hours and a doctor will see her within a 2 hours window. I am just shocked these garbage facilities are operational in North America with no regard for sick people. Don’t come here. Better stay home and you might get better. You come here you are definitely gonna get frustrated.

Had a fantastic experience going to this clinic. I showed up at 10:30 in the morning as a walk-in patient; was promptly checked in and booked for a doctor's appointment at 5:30 that same day; and was given an initial assessment from a kind, very professional nurse who checked my blood pressure, took notes about the issue I was experiencing, etc., before sending me home to return later that afternoon. After coming back for my 5:30 appointment, I was promptly whisked away to the examination room where Dr. Loshaj very patiently heard me out, went over potential diagnoses and treatment options, and even complimented me on my apparently good usage of medical terminology. Yes, I did have to wait several hours after initially walking in to be seen by the physician, but the experience overall was great, the people (from the receptionists to the triage nurse to the doctor) were professional and super friendly, and the clinic itself was clean, modern, and pleasant.
