★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first visit was much pleasant. I was assisted by the most friendly and accommodating staff. The facility is clean and orderly. I cannot wait to spend more time in this place and read the books in their collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to visit ever since they reopened. It is my favorite place to be! I can spend a whole day here working, studying, and reading leisurely. Before COViD, I spent days here as a new immigrant, just filling my day looking for jobs or finding books to upskills etc. Now I returned, employed in a job I love (nonprofit working with youth in energy transition), trying to upskill so I can do my work better and serve better.
My experience today: super friendly staff. A lady in a flight attendant costume (I think its coz of halloween) is roaming around giving snack to people. And who doesnt love free snacks?! Then I went to the NonFiction/ Business section and within 5mins I found a brand new exam book (2021) for the certification exam that I will sit soon! Im not even looking for it, im fine with books but hello its a full book for exam questions for the new format that just came early this year. Good reminder of I need to get my reviewing going! Love how updated their books are! Staff are just lovely! plus bonus Blenz coffee just outside with also an awesome owner.

My only negative comment is the WiFi.
Only good for 45 minutes and then you have to request for extension using guest access

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just love this place. It has everything under one roof. Apart from library which is my all time favourite place , there is cafe , gym , recreation centre with facilities like indoor games, dance classes and everything else in fitness.
Library itself has many amenities like private cabins to study or have a meeting. Cubicles for sef study. Book , CD n video reservations.
Now , during covid library is doing great job with online services n safety measures.

The staff is very helpful in getting any book reserved to keep it on hold for future.
In addition to books, they also have lot of audio and video collections.
