★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time i have felt inclined to write a review--i needed an inspection of a gas stove, and not only inspected the gas lines and components, but helped suggest next steps, and stayed in contact to make sure everything is done safely. and they were super understanding of my position as a tenant and offered to explain the problems to the landlord directly. the calm and informative contractor really put my mind at ease.

Told us exactly what’s being removed and replaced and also where the fresh air and exhaust was going to be vented to the side of our house. Also very pleased at how detailed and knowledgable they were. very professional would highly recommend them!

The sheet metal work was completely re-done on the system and upgraded to provide better airflow and make the system quieter. This is old school blue collar workmanship that you rarely see these days. Very pleasant to deal with and clearly cares about his work and clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michael was prompt, polite and very helpful when we were having a problem with our outdoor gas fireplace.
Shortly after, we were experiencing an issue with a thermostat. And while it turned out we could fix it ourselves, I had texted Michael to ask for advice. He replied almost immediately and encouraged us to try DIY even though that meant no house call for him.
The company is trustworthy and I highly recommend them. It’s so refreshing to be able to count on a service company! Thanks Superior Gas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superior Gas is awesome! Micheal returned my phone call almost immediately and we were able to set up an appointment the day our pilot light went out of our gas fireplace. Michael came to fix it the next day. His servicing went above and beyond what was expected with him cleaning the fireplace and the glass. Plus he is very polite, friendly and accommodating. Plus the fee is very reasonable. Highly recommended.
