When a different service centre told me I needed new tires, I checked with Superior Auto, they measured the tread and told me that getting new tires was not needed. The staff are very personable and polite. Everyone seems to work as a team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a road trip to Alberta from Ontario when my wheel bearing broke.... and was recommended to come here, when they didn't have an appt they called a bunch of places around town. when no one was able to take me they stayed late to fix my car!
I would 100% recommended going here, they we all so friendly and professional and helped me when I needed it most. Because of them I was able to continue my road trip :)

I've personally only dealt with Chris and his customer service is spectacular, something I have never experienced in this industry. I started taking my vehicles to Superior Auto a few years ago because of some unsatisfactory work performed by another shop. Chris and his team took the extra time to address and resolve these issues at a honest price. With my latest visit to Superior Auto, Chris went the extra mile to pull a part off of a car from a local junk yard to make sure my vehicle was up and running in a timely manner. I must also mention it was at a fair price. I am so thankful to have a business like this in the city I reside. Thank you for the work you guys do.

After calling around to multiple repair shops I followed a Google search and talked with Chris at Superior Auto Service & Glass Ltd. Chris was very polite and understood the importance of having the bearing replaced right away. He got me into the shop within hours and had the wheel bearing diagnosed and replaced in a little over an hour. I was very impressed with the service. The final price was very reasonable as well. I am very happy with Superior Auto and will be taking my car there when needed.

The people were very understanding and gave us a fair price, kept us informed on what was being done and also provided us with very explicative receipts. When we got the vehicle back, we called them back since a minor part was missing from the roof carriers. Their answer was responsible and polite, though we decided to replace it ourselves since Superior Auto were 100%honest and responsible. Thank you everyone there for providing a first class service and repairs, very well needed in this field with so many dishonest people around. Totally recommended; do yourself a favor and repair your vehicle at Superior Auto!
