Ps - Certaines anciennes mauvaises remarques de clients précédants paraissent nettement exagérées.
I went today to replace a cartridge of a laser printer (Brother L2540DW). The service was very good. The cartridge works as expected.
Ps - Some of the old bad comments from previous customers seem clearly exaggerated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce matin on nous a fait déplacer pour aller chercher deux cartouches qui n'ont pas fonctionnés. Quand nous les avons contacté on nous a demandé de nous présenter et de payer la différence avec les plus dispendieuses. J'ai ensuite demandé qu'on soit dédommagé puisque nous avons du nous déplacer deux fois chez eux et on a refusé. Je suis donc pris pour me déplacer a nouveau sans aucun dédommagement pour leurs erreurs. Inacceptable pour une entreprise sérieuse.
This morning we were moved to fetch two cartridges that did not work. When we contacted them we were asked to introduce ourselves and pay the difference with the more expensive ones. I then asked that we be compensated since we had to move twice to their home and we refused. I am therefore taken to move again without any compensation for their errors. Unacceptable for a serious business.

Pour y avoir été pour plus d'une dizaine de fois, je le recommande. Ce kiosque est toujours prêt à aider avec les problèmes techniques que l'informatique peut nous causer. Merci encore!

Excellent service and the quality of the anchor is equal to or greater than that found in the big box stores, but for half the price! To have been there for more than ten times, I recommend it. This kiosk is always ready to help with the technical problems that computers can cause us. Thanks again!

I bought 4 ink cartridges (XL), but after a few prints I noticed that the ink level went down to half??? what is actually are no XL model. Really disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service....The ink wasn't working in my printer at all, since the website says satisfaction guarantee or money back I decided to go get my refund. They refused to give my money back, and told me to carry over my printer to prove it didn't work.

I took my toner cartridge to refill, according to their website (as shown in photo) they should fill the toner for 3 $
but they said we don't refill but we sell new cartridge for 44$ !!!!
anyway I bought from ebay new one 3000 page for 20 $
