★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this Collision Repair business to everyone. They gave excellent customer service, and went above and beyond my expectations for the repairs. They even touched up other areas of chipped paint, and they matched the paint exactly without me asking. They paid attention to detail which was important to me and the value of my Lexus. I am confident anyone meeting Angelo the owner, will feel that they are in excellent hands. It has become difficult to TRUST people, but rest assured you can trust this business. To add legitimacy to this 5 star rating this is my story of what happened. Someone accidentally hit me in the Home Depot parking lot. The senior gentleman was so upset, and asked if I would follow him to his favorite body shop to repair my Lexus. Since it wasn't far, and I wanted my car repaired we arrived at East End Auto Collision. Angelo Salciccioli took over from this point and calmed the gentleman and assured me that he would repair my vehicle to it's original look. He set up an appointment, scheduled a rental car for me, and dealt with all communications between me and the gentleman who accidentally hit me. He put both of our minds at ease, we both trusted Angelo, and the results were excellent all around. Bottom line to all, you can fully Trust this business to help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angelo and his team did an amazing job fixing rust spots on my car. One of the areas was completely rusted through, basically nothing was left, but his fabricator was able to make up a new steel piece and now it looks brand new. Would 100% use their services again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is unprofessional, dishonest, no communication and thrives.
We brought in a work vehicle for 3 things, the ac, the exhaust and the mirror.
After 5 days we never heard anything so called go check in. We were told they have completed 1700$ worth of work, all of which we did not ask for aside from the as. Most of which I believe it did not need. We did not get a call with a quote or to seek authorisation for them to do the work they did.
They took it upon them selfver to do breaks pads and rotors, oil change alignment, controle arms and much more the list goes on.
When we asked who authorized this and why we didn't get a call with a quote, the incompetent office staff stated "When your tech dropped it off he just said get it fixed as soon as you can". Yes, the 3 things it came in for. I asked to speak with the supervisor, his response and I quote was "we got busy and didn't have a chance go call, I can take the parts off and put the old ones back on if you want"!!
Seriously?! This is not how you run a business. We did not authorize any of this work.
When we told them not to touch another thing and we would pick it up to our surprise the bill was then $2400, we were expecting the 1700 plus tax they had told us.
Not sure where the extra cost came from after the fact.
I do not recommend this company as they are shady, dishonest, no communication and con artists. They basically robed us blind.
The worst part is, the cost wasn't wasn't that bad and if I believed it needed that work we may have authorized it but it didn't need half the work that was done, and if any of it was needed we were not notified before they took it upon them selves to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some body work done to my wife's vehicle. The black interior was covered with body compound dust. A friend recommended these guys. Got the full Treatment, shampoo etc. When my wife got into her car after having it done, she was totally amazed at how much different the interior looked. She thought that she had a brand new vehicle again. Definitely recommend these guys.
