I had a lengthy discussion on a issue of a musky smell in my basement.....The owner spent 10 minutes on the phone with me....Not once did he suggest it was at best a temporary solution....he wanted to defer me to make a appt with his assistant....i did so...again not once was i told a temporary solution.....The owner was so emphatic the smell would go away....Well it did for a day or so.....When i wrote them and questioned the bill being $25 more than quote and the poor performance of Nitrate Oxide....they made the statements that it was not designed for a permanent solution.....again after the treatment NOT BEFORE THE TREATMENT.....So they on the phone credited the bill for 50% of the cost of the treatment......I dont like it when disclosure is not up front...and i dont like it when the owner does not call back who made all the claims but has his employee call back...Very very poor communication on their part As a follow up to the owners comments....he had admitted the technician showed up not properly equipped....His staff wrote and asked if i would cancel and delete my review....I expressed that the admittance they could not do the job and also apparently in their words did not apply sufficient material was a contraction to the point that it was a temporary solution. Please not in my review i never suggested he said it was a long term solution ...what i said is he never brought up that it would not work....or the minimal results could be obtained...Clearly the owner who never ever attended the job is speaking with a forked tongue....they offered to refund the entire amount implying that the request for my cancelling this review was done.....I have received no explanation as to why they overcharged in the first place....These people cannot be trusted...NOTE...what i said was the owner never suggested it was a short term solution but said it would remove the odour period.....Then they admit the technician failed to execute the job....and note as of this writing no refund has been applied to my CC......They offered a $75 credit 1/2 of the billed amount which was $25 more than the estimate....their invoice never said why or any detail as to why but they invoiced for a higher amount even though they admitted the technician failed....and would be spoken to....they offered to come back ...but again asked for a deletion of my review....i said the review was accurate and i could not be paid off to cancel it....Tell me how a company can admit that the technician did not carry out the job as told to by his boss and invoice the customer knowing this for $25 more than the quotation and supply a invoice with no details....They admitted they did not provide the service they contracted too and kept the money....THIS COMPANY INSISTS ON CASH IN ADVANCE BEFORE THEY DO THE JOB....so beware...because as the owner said the technician did not follow his instructions.....Just a bad decision on my part to hire them

Best Pest Control Company on the coast!!!! I live off-coast, but Sunshine Coast Pest Control looks after my parents home for me. Every winter they come by to help us with the Rats and they have also helped us with a few Carpenter Ant issues in the summer as well. They are super professional and very reliable! They always call me at the beginning of the Fall to start up the Rat services again, and as soon as spring starts up they check in to make sure I can schedule my perimeter spray before they book up (Call them early! They are the very best so they book up fast) Their whole team is so awesome! Ron is super knowledgeable and really seems to care which feels rare these days, and his other technicians are really great at what they do and I've always felt very looked after. I highly recommend them!
