★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going here since shortly after it opened and have nothing but good things to say about the space. All of the teachers are friendly and promote an environment of openness and learning. It’s an excellent place to come and practice, whether you’re new to yoga or fairly experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so pleased that Coast Flow Yoga is here in Gibsons - Chelsea and her team are excellent. I really enjoy Chelsea's approach - she is extremely knowledgable, has calm energy and her style of teaching is very restorative. I look forward to deepening my practice at Coast Flow Yoga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first class of the arial yoga series yesterday and i was so so so impressed.
The studio is beautiful and clean.
Chelsie is extremely friendly, supportive and inclusive. I instantly felt like i was part of the group. I definitely felt pushed put of my comfort zone (in the best possible way) and by the end i was pleasantly surprised of what i could do in just the first class!
can't wait for my next class & will definitely sign up for others ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's amazing how Coast Flow can offer great classes for the whole family! Our daughter (12) attends the Aerial Yoga class, which is one of kind practice designed not only for kids and teenagers, but they seem to enjoy it quite a bit. My wife and I go to the Yoga Flow class. I personally find the practice quite rewarding (I consider my level just slightly higher than a beginner). My wife, who is more advanced than me, is also super happy with the Flow class, Chelsea and the whole studio vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been attending Coast Flow Yoga since it opened and routinely enjoy 4 to 5 classes a week, mostly slower paced and restorative classes well suited fir my age and abilities, and with different instructors, and I have to say they have all been amazing. I already feel stronger, more flexible AND more relaxed. I raved so much about Chelsea and her studio that my husband gave it a try and got his own membership. A first ever! We both are so pleased to have found Coast Flow Yoga and it’s community and highly recommend it to all our neighbours.

My husband, who suffers from chronic autoimmune arthritis, is finding a meaningful decrease in his pain and a significant increase in his mobility. It has been life changing. I can’t wait for my daughters to start with the aerial yoga program after spring break. The space is so beautiful, clean and calming.

Chelsea lead a dynamic and inspiring class. I loved her calm confidence, welcoming energy and extensive knowledge. I’m excited to try more classes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited in April 2022 and found this gem of a yoga studio, where we were able to take the whole family (including our two teen boys) to an incredible aeriel yoga class taught by Chelsea. The studio is beautifully designed with an open, spacious, and inviting feel. We were offered hot tea to sip and enjoy before the class began. I sensed the warm community feel as the students arrived. I only wish I had more time to explore the other classes offered here. I don’t think we will ever forget our first aerial yoga class. Chelsea made it fun, yet challenging and guided us through a unique experience. I have been to a lot of yoga studios and none have made me feel as welcome as Coast Flow.
