I had the amazing Shayne colour correct my hair, it was a horrible orange and she did an amazing job getting it back to blonde. Such lovely ladies that take their time to make your hair perfect. They won't let you leave until they like the end result. I will definitely be booking again!

This was my first time here and it was excellent,. The salon has a great atmosphere and energy. Shayne did an amazing job and they use the brand of colour that my hair loves. All this at a great price. I have found my new hair salon!

I'm always skeptical at trying new places, but in light of the impending lockdown this weekend, figured I should get one last haircut. I had an appointment with Shayne (super nice, by the way!!) I got my hair toned and cut. And even though she is an apprentice, I felt she was knowledgeable about the products and how to cut hair! She's easy going, nice and did a great job. I would definitely see her again when the restrictions are lifted!

Absolutely LOVE this salon! I have followed Ashley (the owner) all over Calgary and I am so happy she opened up a salon of her own!! I would recommend checking this salon out!!

I've been going here since they opened. Every stylist is well experienced and the salon is clean and bright.

An unforeseen emergency cause me to be 20 mins late for a 3.5 hour appointment (12pm - 330pm). Cynthia from Sunset Hair called me en route, and I advised her I was right around the corner. Upon arriving there was no parking. Sunset Hair had a delivery truck blocking the road in front of the hair salon and there was a live news media truck broadcasting at a business across from them. It took 10 mins to find parking because of this. By the time I was able to get inside this blocked off business it was 12:30pm, and I was booked until 3:30pm, with 3 hours to do 2.5 hours worth of highlights. I was met by very agitated hair stylist Cynthia. Cynthia informed me that "(her) time was just as valuable as mine". I'm unsure what this means, I simply had a legitimate unforeseen emergency, and explained that to her. I also pointed to the news media truck occupying 3 parking stalls and referenced the delivery truck that had just been blocking their front door area. Cynthia angrily continued on, chastising me for the emergency, and cancelled the appointment with 3 hours remaining. This is bizarre. This happened within seconds of me walking in. The only conclusion I can come to is that this is a behavioral/emotional issue, or a skills-based issue; she could not do a set of 2.5 hour highlights within a 3 hour time frame perhaps? I felt like I was dealing with a ticking time bomb of an employee who was very on edge. I spoke to the shop manager who said she has "no jurisdiction" over Cynthia because she is a contractor, not an employee of the salon. I've been going here for about a year now, and will not be retuning. This is way too tense here and really unpleasant to just simply get your hair done. I'm just shaking my head, in awe right now.

I have been seeing Cynthia for almost a year now and she is one the best stylists for platinum blonde hair I've ever had! She's always pleasant, kind, on time, and also takes her time to ensure your colour is just perfect! I also appreciate that she will give you honest advice about your hair- she is extremely professional and her experience speaks volumes with the work that she does. I highly recommend this hair salon to anyone who wants to have a great overall experience!

I have been seeing Cynthia for years now. She kept me in the prettiest blonde for years until I finally decided to embrace my natural silver hair. Cynthia helped me with the transition and was actually able to match my natural silver color to the rest of my hair so I could grow it out comfortably. She cut my hair today and I couldn't be more thrilled with a beautiful hair cut that shows off all my gorgeous natural silver hair. I feel like she made me look and feel younger. Everyone at this salon is amazing and makes it a wonderful experience.
