J	Jeff Bridgeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A HIDDEN JEM!! Not really, it's right on the highway, next to the police station in Schreiber.. very retro and clean!! DO NOT BY PASS THIS HIDDEN JEM if you are looking for a great nights rest, and an extremely accommodating young lady, BRENDA, the owners daughter.. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! See ya next time on our way through?
D	Dominic Ling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, cozy, and clean. The owner is an older gentlemen. Very friendly. Only issue was the # of electrical outlets. Hard to charge multiple devices. Nonetheless hard to beat the price

The mattress and just about everything else for that matter could have been replaced about a decade or two ago, no breakfast, have to call in to reserve. But it was a cheap and quiet place to rest my tired body and they took debit.

I have to say he was very gracious however he was wondering where we were all coming from he said he hadn't been this busy in such a long time he was very happy to have that many guests great big smile on his face I have to say if you're expecting the Regent or the Hilton I wouldn't come here however it was very pleasant stay and he was very pleasant. Extremely clean rooms and very well kept a bit dated but that's what you get I will definitely stay there again on my way through

The rooms are dated and a little small, but VERY clean. The host was very friendly. The price was right for budget travelers. Limited outlets and no clock radio. Other then that, no complaints.
S	Shaylene Woodhouse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly charming! We absolutely love the cottage feel. It’s old but that’s where the charm comes from. Cleaner than a newer air bnb we just stayed in, you can tell it’s well taken care of. After a long 12 hours on the road with 5 children, this was the only place we were able to get into late at night. Brenda was more than accommodating, went out of her way to leave home and meet us here to get us a room. A++. Making note and will have this be a rest stop on our annual trip from Alberta to Ontario.
J	Jessica Marlene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to stop before morning and it was a bed to sleep in. The room was out-dated but clean which is always our main focus. No one bothered us during our stay which is nice when you are on the road and need a good quiet sleep. For those wondering- the bed is firm and the room does have a bit of a musty smell (most likely from age, it was an older building) but for the price it was fine for one night.

I searched Google Map and found it’s so easy and convenient to access while driving along the trans Canada highway. An Italian mama picked up my call and assured me there will be a room for me available when I arrive. She is so warm and made me feel like home. The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The atmosphere made me feel like being in an old movie scene, and I enjoyed the experience. I felt very safe since an OPP detachment is nearby. I had a very good night rest during the stay. I will stay there again if I travel to the area.
