S	S N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible customer service, an agent (CASEY) with clearly no background in windows or customer service was extremely abusive unprofessional and left multiple angry voicemails. work gets scheduled with no notice given, and day of, the tasks are never completed. no communication is provided.

When i contacted Sunrise, they said our warranty is finished and they wont even help solve the issue why we have ice on the inside of our windows! Poor customer care, and if i could i wouldnt give any stars!

We emailed them about this and they completely ignored us, no response, no acknowledgement, no apology.

This place is not very organized, also parking near office entrance not suitable for pick up trucks, seems the staff use 99% of available parking. Careful if picking up their yard is a disaster, glass and garbage everywhere, be mindful if picking up an order.

They were not concerned at all as to why there windows had cracked in such a short period of time. I was told it’s a busy time of year and to find another company.
S	Sana Q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunrise windows is horrible BEWARE!!! I have a new home and sunrise was the installer unfortunately. They declare they have warranty but when their cheap windows crack and start having moisture issues so early on they don’t stand by what they say. Fabian their manager who didn’t know much assigned Lawrence to come and just check the problem for $170!!! That’s just their initial charge for coming then they give you a ridiculous estimate and keep increasing their price. If anyone has a glass issue please don’t waste your time with Sunrise just call the Glass Doctor they are so professional and helped with my window asap!!

They are also failing, and fog up because the seal is gone, after less than 2 years. I'm going to have to replace them all(whole house!) They won't return my calls. They were awful from the start, missed deadlines, promised the best quality, delivered late, and installers knew nothing about what they were doing. Their salesperson, Carlos, continually apologized and made promises he never kept. Their warranty is worth nothing, they just don't respond at all. Save yourself the trouble that we are going through. I wish I'd never heard of this company.
