★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everything seems great from the quote to installation, until we found a chip on the shower glass, the installer didn't say anything, no one say anything until we called them and let them know, I was surprised the answer was we knew it, the installer had called the office and told them, but no one seems to care to let me know until I call? then they offered discount on it, that's great I got a good price, so I'm satisfied the final out come. but not really happy how they handle it at the first place.
after one month, I called them back regarding the shower glass start to leak water from the bracket and the silicone seal, the office girl asked me to email them some pictures which I did it right away, the I never hear them back, I called and called, left messages, called, they just ignore my calls at all, after a month and half, almost 2 months, I decided to write this, people need to beware of this, because YOU DONT GET AFTER SERVICE, this seems one time business, I felt bad that I picked this company to do my work, and they never are the cheapest quote for us, but they seems ok, that's why I chose them, but WRONG.
Conclusion, if you just want them to install and leave, no warranty, no after service, then it's ok to go with them, if you want their service after you paid them, go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had a few windshields done by graham and company now and I will not even bother looking elsewhere to have my next piece of glass replaced.
My first experience with graham was probably one of the worst jobs he could have ever expected, yet his level of customer service and patience with the issues he encountered was outstanding.
I was thinking with all of the problems our car had caused him that we were going to have a massive bill, but I was wrong, for all the time he put into the car I feel like I got away paying a lot less than I should have.
This place is all about service and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. Thank you Sunrise for everything.

The service at Sunrise is excellent, Graham the owner is personally involved in the business and ensures each piece is delivered as ordered and installed professionally and timely. I would highly recommend the team at Sunrise for anyone needing residential or commercial glass or mirror. They also do fantastic glass railings and metal work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After completion of an en-suite bathroom renovation we were not happy with the contractor's re-installation of the shower glass. It was ill fitting and the caulking job was very messy. We hired Sunrise Glass to come in and remove the shower glass and re-install. We are thrilled with the job Lubos did for us! He was professional, courteous and the result looks amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Sunrise Glass and Lubos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a new shower installed and Sunrise did the Glass installation. Had a small issue 2 months after with one piece of the glass shifting due to settling over time. The guys came out and tried to fix it but it unfortunately didn’t work...so they just ordered and installed a brand new piece of very expensive glass...no hesitation no questions. It was excellently installed and no further issues. They did a great job! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these professionals for any of your glass needs...nice people and they stand by their work and it’s A +! That’s hard to find these days.
