★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first communication Raymond was courteous, quick to reply and efficient. He was onsite helping me fine tune design details within a day and provided a timely quote. I wish I found Sunlight before the painful process of going back and forth with multiple installers for almost 18 months. It is extremely difficult to find a decent gate company in Metro Van that understands basic customer service let alone follow through on anything. Sunlight not only surpassed my expectations but did a great job and created another happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price, deliver on promise and prompt resolution of issues! Raymond installed my new automated gate within the time that was promised but something went wrong after a couple of days and the gate stopped working. I email Raymond and he dropped by and did a quick adjustment. It worked for a couple of days and stopped again! When I called Raymond a 2nd time, he came by and replaced it with a new motor under warranty. Everything is working since and I'm extremely satisfied. Great work on the customer service!

The project was for an automatic sliding gate installed with keypad and photocell sensors and Raymond responded to the request right away, got on site, was very knowledgeable and specific about the requirements for the design, quoted and responded right away to customize the gate to our specific needs. The project was completed efficiently and ahead of schedule and the quality of work was excellent. Any issues/adjustments were immediately addressed. Our neighbors are also considering getting him to do their work. Highly recommend Sunlight/Raymond.
