I Highly recommend them for their professionalism, their competence and honesty. Curtis was very professional from the beginning and did a great job. Someone told me to make sure not to leave valuables in the house that can easily be stolen. I knew there was a rolex in the apartment somewhere, but I could not find it. While I was gone, they found the rolex, cleaned it up, and put it on the table for me. His estimation was accurate and did a thorough job within the time frame he gave me.

We were snowed under, clinging in confusion to too much "stuff". The team was fast, thorough, and professional. They left us a home that looks like we just moved in! Amazing, good humor, and friendly. 10/10, I recommend this service!

I work in a mental health facility and we had 1st Trauma come to help us a few months back to clean up most of the 18 units we have in our facility. Many of our residents here have hording issues, hygiene issues, and psychological issues that make it a challenge to work with them and to assist them in cleaning their units. We have had other companies come to our facilities and leave or not properly finish the job because this is such a challenging environment to work in. 1st Trauma met with the workers on site before hand to create a plan and chart with us how they would go about this project to clean the units and deal with the hording issues with our residents. Few of our resident have paranoid schizophrenia and had anxiety plus paranoia around having strangers in their units. Past workers have left due to this but 1st Trauma was so professional and understanding when talking with and dealing with our residents that most of them ended up feeling at ease and allowing first Trauma in their units. For the clients that felt sick of were not in the mind set to have the units done on the day we had charted out for them 1st Trauma they would move on to the next unit and recreate the charting with us and a new plan to work with this resident another time. They would do this with us as many times as it took to get the job done. 1st Trauma not only cleaned the units but organized items for them in totes that we could store for the residents rather then having them horded in their units. They put the resident laundry aside to have laundered for them as well. The workers were beyond professional in their demeanor and how they dealt with everyone. They came prepared with the gear they needed to do they job which many of the companies we hired in the past have not done. They developed planning with us and met with us before, during, and after to educate staff on how to continue to help our residents with the hording issues, tips on how to help our residents clean, how to deal with pest, and much more. The staff was also ready to answer any questions we or even our residents had. Most outsiders talk down to our residents as they have mental health issues but they spoke to them like friends and joked with our residents. Many of our residents even became excited to see them here and were very sad when they left. This could have been a very emotional and trying experience for the residents as they don’t trust outsiders but ended up being a great experience having them here. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted this company after a death in the family, they where friendly to deal with, clear on pricing and process and onsite the next day. They where discrete, professional and did a fantastic job. Scott was great and answered all my questions and even gave me advice on next steps. I would rather live in a perfect world where no one needs this service but if you do make this your first phone call.

1st Trauma did a hazardous material cleanup for me and I couldn't be happier with their work. They went above and beyond normal customer service and eased my pain and grief immensely. Curtis and his staff completed a cleanup for me in British Columbia while I reside in Ontario. Their efforts and communication saved me from having to jump on a plane and cross the country to salvage what I could of my son's life and possessions. We had a situation that needed the services of a company that deals with those issues. From the first time 1st Trauma Scene was on site you could tell that we would feel comfortable with the "workers" that were assigned to this task. Josh and Dave were the ones that came over multiple times and we were impressed with their professionalism, integrity, patience and dedication.
