Overall quality of work done was below standards. At a relatively steep price in comparison to local competition. While my experience may or may not be the norm with this company it was not satisfactory. The team that worked on my site were University or highschool students lead by 1 young adult in her early 20s. The quality of cleanliness achieved in the hour an a half they worked was far below what other local companies I have hired before have done, for less money. The time spent gossiping while mindlessly wipping at the same spot was greater than time spent doing actual cleaning Overall quality of work felt like it was being done by students that didn't have much care about actually cleaning. A large section that needed to be cleaned was skipped over all together even though 1 of the workers didn't have anything to do for the last 10 mins. The area in question would have been a 3 min job with a broom. Stopping work 5-10 mins early like this felt fairly typical of the staff as they had the same air to them as the part-time retail workers at big brand stores who start closing up early to avoid doing work. Overall not a very professional team, but that could have been a one off, and not characteristic of the company as a whole. The pricing was steep for the servicing, the amount paid for 1.5 hours to this company was slightly greater than some local competitors charge for 3 hours. Many dirty spots on walls were wiped but not cleaned, when I went over those spots my self it only took minor pressure to clean them off, another example of the lack luster performance. While I would not personally recommend this company due to the performance of of the team dispatched to my location. The owner or manager Dave was very accommodating and generally pleasant to correspond with. If there are services that you require but they do not preform he can set up those services for you.

We decided to try this company out and were very impressed from the beginning. They were accomodating with the scheduling, and when the cleaners arrived they were very professional. The house is the cleanest it's ever been, and having used several cleaning companies in the past I would highly recommend this one! Thanks for a job well done. Poor quality cleaning, and management won't take my calls or respond to my emails to discuss the misc. charges on the invoice, or to discuss a reduction to compensate for the damage deposit which wasn't fully returned to us due to the dust and dirt the cleaners left. Almost $700 invoice and no response. Very unprofessional.

The Maids were very professional and did a wonderful job. Everything was spotless. They were on time, did timely work. I have no complaints and no doubts that the job was done right. It was perfect quality. I have a very big cat that sheds A LOT and there was no sign of cat hair anywhere. I am very impressed. The team was led by Jessica who is very personable and kind, and so were the 3 ladies that joined her. Great team. I would highly recommend them for any type of cleaning need. This was my first time using The maids service, but it certainly won't be the last. Their great work did not go un-noticed.

I had a Deep clean then I signed up for a promotion. They are great, the ladies that came where friendly and they did an excellent job. Now I have them come every two weeks. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I found this home cleaning company online and I took a chance and booked them, because they were able to fit me in on a cancellation. Team #3 arrived on time, and they quickly and efficiently cleaned my home thoroughly. They also had a quality assurance manager come in at the beginning of cleaning to go through what I wanted done. Everyone was very friendly and made my business feel appreciated, which is important to me. Highly recommend!

Wow, is all I can say. I'm blown away by The Maids from start to finish! I sent an inquiry about pricing online and was contacted within the hour. Davey explained everything about their COVID precautions, their services and some awesome promotions. I felt confident booking my first 10 services on the spot. Three awesome ladies came to my home today for our first cleaning service and I am so impressed! They did a thorough deep cleaning and left my house spotless!! They were punctual, friendly and professional and are clearly excellent at their jobs. I have already told family and friends about The Maids and am so excited to have a monthly cleaning service that I trust. Definitely give this fantastic company a try!

I was charged a fortune for a job that was barely done at all. Charged for 6 hours and yet there was no vacuuming, no floors washed, I asked one of the crew to wipe out a drawer in the bathroom and then had to get her to do it again because the drawer was barely touched. I really have no idea what they did all that time.
