About Sundragon Studios
Room to Breathe Counselling
I am a private practice counselor providing individual therapy for people with various social, emotional, and mental health issues. Anxiety, depression, sexual and gender identity, life transitions, body image, past trauma. Everyone has something they need to talk about.
I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and have over ten years of experience working in Winnipeg's health care system. I currently have appointments available on Fridays and Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
My goal is to provide clients with an opportunity to take time for themselves, invest in their own well-being, and give them room to breathe! I am approachable, respectful, and non-judgemental. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for a free telephone consult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Sun Dragon last night hoping they would have a last minute opening and I was able to get in to see Grace. I was BLOWN away by the massage I received! Her room was beautiful and cozy, the oil wasn't heavily scented, and best of all, her massage techniques were spot on. I went in with neck and shoulder pain from what I can only imagine was from sleeping weird, and the pain is gone today. I have full mobility of my neck and head with zero stiffness. I told her I don't like deep tissue but I also don't like too light of a massage and she used the perfect pressure, no comments or tweaking needed. There was no repetitive annoying motions or pain associated with any of the techniques she used. I will definitely be recommending Grace to all of my friends and family. Thank you so much for the amazing massage experience, Grace!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going here since they have opened...13 / 14 years or so. I recently had a hip that was locking and went for acupuncture. Which is a newer feature they have added, and was taken care of in 4 sessions. I am now swimming and zero issues. You can't go wrong with a massage therapist, so don't stress. We are lifers here, and being close to other amenities is a plus.
