★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhappy with quality of some of the product. Substandard bags of insulation delivered. Material delivered two floors lower than requested. I discussed placement with delivery driver and he ignored me and just left. Phoned the company to have it moved and replace some bags, they took my number and never phoned back or remedied the situation. They didn’t seem to care. I will never use or suggest this supply company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your driver pulled out in front of 2 lanes of traffic with a fully loaded truck from northbound Edmonton Tr to eastbound McKnight Blvd. He was going so fast that he couldn't control the truck and crossed over 2 lanes of traffic. Luckily, the driver in the lane beside me and myself were watching and braked so we didn't get run over. If their drivers have no regard for the safety of others, I can imagine how bad their customer service is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BY FAR THE WORST place to do business with in Calgary. they don't respond to emails, unhelpful staff on phones, rude at the stores, warehouse crew horribly slow, There's a clear special treatment for some people, Sunder building supply was good at the start when the owner was there, clearly no one cares now.
