Then my 10 year old (my birthday girl we took to temple gardens) got a horrible infection on her finger from the Lil Girls' Prairie Manicure she got. 0/10, will not recommend to anyone.
E	Eileen Sanders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hustband and I did the couples package. My massage was horrible. I wanted to quit jus about as it started. He rubbed oil on or walked around the table more then he massaged I was more tense then when I started. My husband said his massage was nothing to write home about. Facials were ok Pedicures: husband loved his she did do an amazing job. I ended up redoing mine We were suppose to have wine and chocolate chocolate covered strawberries with our treatment and we had to ask for it at the end and then they charged us to take it to our room. I will not be back.
C	Chris K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nail service is overpriced, not worth it, sketchy with their pricing. They offer kids nail treatment but you can't be in the same room with them? Be ready to pay extra for the privilege of supervising your kid. If you go, make sure you are all clear on the pricing up front, and avoid any surprises. We won't be coming back, lots of nail salons near by.
K	Kimberley Spath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris at Suntree Spa was outstanding! The spa is spotless with beautifully cleaned facilities. BEWARE of the billing. My husband and I were billed on our credit card for someone else's spa treatments, then when we were finished out last treatment for our couples package, they overbilled. The young lady at the front literally misrepresented the spa package to us, when she passed the spa package writeup over the counter, she still misquoted the package to us. We are following up with our credit card company and I highly recommend you BEWARE of the billing at the front by the front desk person at the spa.

I called and asked to book a massage, the lady on the phone asked what kind and I stated we needed two massages with an RMT. When we got there I confirmed that we were seeing RMT's and she said yes. After that she handed us forms to fill out even though we have been before and you usually don't have to refill all that information as a repeat client. We had come early to use the pool before our massages and we had stated that as well and she said okay. They were supposed to provide us with our cards for the spa lockers where we could change get our swim stuff on and everything and they made us wait until it was time for the first massage to give my fiance a card for the locker room and I had to ask again after my massage to get a card. When I am done my massage it was a mediocre massage not what we had come to expect for our time at this facility previously. I found out that we were not booked in with an RMT at all. Overall I was very disappointed with our experience We go for massages at the spa to relax and spend time together in the pool before our massages and it was no such thing i was annoyed by them not coming back with our key cards and we didn't get to spent time together in the pool at all because they said the spa locker room needed to be closed up by 10 pm and my fiances massage wasn't done till after 9:30pm
S	Sarah & Joel Leavitt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly front desk staff but computer system keeps “freezing” and could use an upgrade. Would benefit having an online booking system, in my opinion. Christina is incredible at facials, body wraps etc. Services could be longer for what you pay but still reasonable. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Will return, most definitely!
