Pure bliss. I’m overjoyed this place survived the pandemic. Just respect the thermal cycle (15 minutes hot, 3-5 minutes cold, 30+ relax) and be prepared for heaven on earth.

Amazing place where one should consider going during wintertime. As the spa is located in the middle of the forest, it really highlight the beauty of Canadian nature. The contrast between the snow and the hot baths is simply amazing. The massage therapists are very open-minded. They make sure that everyone is comfortable before proceeding. The staff is very understanding, thumbs up to the team!

Best Nordic Spa experience ever. A blanket of tranquility covers this place . Super friendly people who also understand English and try to make you feel very welcome. Can't believe you can have such an experience at $42 for the whole day.

It was a spontaneous decision to come here, but I am glad I have made that choice! About 20 minutes drive north of Quebec city and conveniently situated off the highway. Siberia station spa is the ultimate relaxation spa that utilizes thermal water therapies. There are also silent zones, hammocks, and resting yurts for you to quietly read or relax. Love the Nordic design and also very clean!

This is such a wonderful spa and experience that I wish I could give it 6/5. The facilities were large and clean, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed which made the whole experience unforgettable. The staff were very nice and gave us a brief tour and explain how the facilities work.

It was so relaxing and lovely. So much space it never felt too crowded and wasn't noisy. The food and drinks in the Cafe were so good! We found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. You can buy sandals and rent a bathrobe or you can bring your own. They provide towels. I will definitely return!

My wife and I are visiting Quebec City from the Yukon Territory and we just had the most relaxing experience at the Siberia Station Spa today! All I can say is wow, just wow, what an amazing experience. I’m going to tell the world what a great place this is. The staff were informative and helpful at the time of booking. At check in they did a great job summarizing the services ordered and explaining the layout of the spa. I also appreciated that due to my physical disability the staff offered to help carry my towel, robe, and back pack downstairs in and out of the change room. I was surprised that in 2022 this place doesn’t have an accessible change room on a main floor, nor did I see many/ if any ramps. If this oversight was addressed I believe this business would increase their annual profit margins as they’d be able to attract more people with physical disabilities, and seniors to the spa. I noticed there was an accessible bathroom at the cafe, but there wasn’t an accessible change room at the main reception building, perhaps they can change this in future. The other thing I would suggest is add more lighting from the parking lot to the main. I found the pathway to be inconsistent with the snow removable which created several icy uneven areas which made it easy to trip on especially with the low lighting. I was in awe how big this property is, and how well everything just flowed nicely together to incorporate the fire (both propane, wood burning/ smoke, cold pools and hot pools/ saunas water falls were all nestled together in the woods. Mostly all areas are connected by heated pathways, so no worries about snow and ice ( for the most part) Change rooms were clean, locker space is ample for Arc’teryx multi day back pack. Taxi fare one way from the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac cost us $39.00 one way. After our soaking we enjoyed hot chocolate and snacks at the cafe as we waited for our taxi to arrive. When we arrived here at the parking there were a lot of cars in the parking lot. I was concerned this wouldn’t be a relaxing experience. I was wrong and found this place to be completely relaxing. Thanks again to all the staff for making us feel welcome and providing excellent customer service, if we lived here we would frequent here a lot. Do visit here it’s worth the $39 taxi fare to enjoy a luxurious spa in the woods!
