There will also be various “Field Trips” throughout the day for children to let loose in our play facility. believe that the children need to increase their relationships with peers outside their family in order to get accustomed to social environments. Classes like reading, story telling, journal writing and show and tell will allow children to get accustomed to these situations.

The director and owner are extremely professional and very easy to talk to about your child when issues arise. They are very good at providing meaningful feedback and truly care about the well-being of your child and all the children at the daycare. They have great activities planned and a great outdoor space for the kids to play. They provide a shuttle to and from school - which takes the worry away from our child taking the bus, which usually runs late or behind schedule. I would highly recommend this daycare , if you are looking for a place to have peace of mind during the day while you are at work - enroll at Summertime - best choice we made and we are very happy here!
C	Craig Chadderton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely let down by this establishment. Our child has a language disablement and was not under proper supervision. When he wasnt changed he took things into his own hands and tried to change his own diaper and grab his clean clothes from his backpack. Left to his own devices this obviously became messy. He was put in this particular class about 2 months ago after they decided he was doing well on the potty and wanted him more with his own age group (he is 5). My wife was called to pick him up at which point she informed them she would be about 15 mins as she walks the distance from our home 2 blocks away which also implies he would be walking home. Upon picking him up she is blindsided with no other warning that our child is no longer welcome at this daycare because of this, after they had even complimented him as always acting great and going so far as to complain about having an education assistant in there with him as they found him to do better without the help ( looking back maybe they didnt want someone there supervising??) When my wife gets him home she finds he hasnt been wiped down at all and he had to walk home covered in his own waste. We are not the type of people to speak negatively of people but this seems like it is bordering on complete neglect. This establishment may be fine if your child needs little or no supervision but I would look elsewhere if your child is delayed.

The Program Director is an incredible person to talk to, who really cares about children, remarkably professional. The Center is clean, and variety of different experiences children get to do every day, Very happy in Summertime.

I spoke directly with the Director, at first during the conversation she is very accomodating and very pleasant. She asked me how old is my son, which School he is going. But the most intriguing question was what is my Nationality. Of all the Daycare I have been too, this is the very first I have encounter this. She gave me the package for enrollment and everything. She then listed the fees in front of the envelop. As soon as I disclose to her that my son has special needs and disabilities. She informed me that they can no longer accomodate my son special needs because she just accepted two children with special needs already. Then she withdraw the white envelop from me. I hope that this daycare should stop discriminating children or people on the grounds of race and disability. Refusal of service ("childcare service") is indeed discriminatory.

As a parent of an infant and a toddler the staff reassured me that they practice the utmost care and diligence when caring for all the children at Summertime Daycare. While practicing Public Health Safety guidelines in caring for my children during this pandemic, Summertime Daycare made me fell like my children are in the most capable hands. The staff are very friendly, caring, professional, and loving. Everyday at drop off my children are so happy to go see their teachers and friends. The staff are very responsive in communicating my children's progress, and any recommended changes for their specific needs. The daycare and I are always on the same page when it comes to my children learning and developmental goals like communication, potty training, and learning. The curriculum that the daycare have is very engaging and creates an environment for learning. My children brings home some of the things they've worked on and I feel very confident that my children are learning as well as having fun at Summertime Daycare. The variety of nutritious meals that my children are exposed to is great. My children love trying new foods. If you are a parent looking for a daycare where you will have a piece of mind knowing your children will be happy and safe, this is the perfect place. I highly recommend Summertime Daycare for all your child care needs

They always have sooo much fun .its always a challenge to get both to come home because they want to continue playing. The staff are all friendly and passionate. THey have helped potty train my daughter . I am confident that both my kids are always in good hands. Thank you so much .

Children do age appropriate activities (arts and crafts, learning and interaction, indoor or outdoor physical activities or play - weather permitting) everyday. Updates of child's day are provided to parents via an app - we love these daily updates since we get to see how our toddler got to spend their day. Teachers and the owner are awesome, actually listen to parental concerns for child's needs and are very helpful. They have maintained excellent Covid protocols - this is especially reassuring to us at these times. Would recommend this daycare if you are looking for a place that encourages fun, growth, learning, very clean and awesome staff!
