★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rosie did a great pedi, and she’s super sweet!! Basic pedi includes exfoliating and a massage ☺️. The spa is quiet, no frills, and friendly. I booked last minute in the early evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment with Maggie and when I walked in Maggie and another employee were sitting on a couch with a blanket, reading. There were no customers which made me think...what is going on here and why is this nail salon empty.
The establishment was filthy dirty. The plastic partition was covered in people's spit. (Which I noticed half way through my appointment) The electric end files were dirty from another client. The regular emory board files were not cleaned before using it on my nails. This is definitely a health and safety risk of getting an infection in one of a client's fingers.
At the end when she put on the color and clear gel polish, she started filing the sides of my nails again ? and took off the nail polish. I informed her that she did this and showed her and she grabbed a few things off the counter and threw them in the drawer all in a huff. I very nicely asked her to fix the 4 nails on my left hand (as I stopped her from filing the right hand)
She also argued when I asked her to do the manicure before she did the fills. If she did the manicure after the fills there would be a gap of my own nail showing. She cut the skin above the cuticles instead of the cuticles, horrible manicure.
I was completely shocked at the unprofessional and unethical treatment. I will not be going back. I hate to give a bad review, however the safety of other clients is more important and they do deserve the knowledge of the issues in this establishment.
