Alfredo is the one who, not only resolves your garage door issue, but also ensures you to understand the issue & how/what will be implemented to solve the problem. Pricing is reasonable considering his level of service and professionalism. Two thumbs up, Alfredo!

When I called for a quote and to confirm they could install my pre-purchased garage door opener, the owner, Alfredo, took the time to explain everything included in their installation service as well as to go over the opener details and warranty, even though it is not a brand that he sells. His technician, Harry, arrived on time, was very personable, did a full service of our garage door with installation (which required wiring to add sensors to our door), and offered to take away our very old unit for disposal. After all of this, we were not upsold any services or products and our invoice was exactly the same as our quote, which was very reasonable. The work performed was more than most other companies offered us and was lower than the quotes we had from those companies. Overall, extremely satisfied with the customer service and labour we received.

I'll be going back to his company on a regular for any servicing required. I spoke with Alfredo and he was very polite and he was able to start work the following morning. There were so many issues with our garage and he was able to fix ALL of it. Our door was scraping the frame. The rollers were practically almost falling out of the tracks. The cables were frayed. It was slamming shut very loudly whenever it would close. There was a huge gap at the bottom of our garage where we had to push the door down for it to meet the concrete floor. He was pretty familiar with our setup since he worked on a few of the garages in our complex. He already knew it was a custom bulit garage and he didn't charge extra for the hassle. Thank you for your great work Alfredo! We hear it and see it everyday and it is one major peace of mind after having it serviced by your company.

Called a few places that were happy to give me a quote over the phone. When I contacted Lions Gate, Alfredo the owner offered to stop by and have a look on his way home. Impressed already. He told me what I expected, it was time for an upgrade. But, then he went past expected and made a few adjustments as well as addressing a couple of safety concerns to limp me through the winter. No charge, no expectations, just great customer service! He explained several door options, made some recommendations and sent me a quote next day. Surprisingly, his prices were the most reasonable of all the quotes I received. We just had the door installed and are completely impressed with the entire process. Would not go anywhere else for garage door concerns. There is no need to!

They were quick at responding to my google contact form, super knowledgeable and never once tried to upsell the more expensive openers. Alfredo was at my place as promised the next morning to replace the opener and service my garage door. The best part was that he even spent the time throughly educating me about the door and its longevity. What sold me was Lions gate garage doors had he most competitive pricing, never once did he try to push the sale and the owner himself was super passionate about his job. Alfredo keep up the great work!

He advised me on how to maintain the garage door and give me information on how a garage door works. He found that the Spring Roller installed 4 years ago was the wrong one. He installed the right one and my Garage Door is back to work again. Also, he came very fast. In less than an hour after I called the company, he was already knocking at my door. Very professional and I will recommend him to my friends definitely.
