Navpoint Garage Doors

My name is Jason (my google account name may seem odd for this website). Anyways, Navpoint installed a new garage door on my home this summer. They were professional and proficient. I would recommend their services. I have actually had some experience with other companies that were not as knowledgable or as skilled as Navpoint.

Navpoint was trustworthy, reliable & professional. This is the second time I used them and they showed up on time and on budget. I would highly recommend!

Wally is an absolute disgrace. Came to the house full of attitude and incredibly rude. He shouted at my mother - a senior - and spoke to her like garbage. His argument was partly because he wanted to speak to the man who made the call, and not a woman. Also rolled his eyes at us living in a rented house. How he is allowed to deal with people is absolutely beyond me. Do not let Wally near your home. Wally by name, wally by nature!

We had our garage door replaced in our previous house by NavPoint Garage doors. When we changed houses, we found that the current house needed garage door change. We called Navi of Navpoint again and we got a modern garage door installed with no hassle. I recommend Navpoint garage doors for any new garage door installation.

This is a very professional company. They provide very detailed and professional suggestions to us to help us find right garage door. The work was done quickly in a very professional way, everyone was very friendly and easy to communicate, for sure I will recommend this company to everyone I know!

Nav was professional right from the beginning. He helped select the garage doors that were right for us and made as many trips as necessary to ensure everything was in order. I especially appreciated his regular communication and he did not make any promises that he couldn’t keep. The doors were delivered on schedule as promised and installed promptly. Can’t recommend this business enough and will definitely use them in the future!

Great Prices. Very Fast. Excellent Customer Service I contacted Nav Point for new garage doors for a fullscale home renovation that I had going on at my house. Nav (the owner) picked up the call, this was a nice change compared to other companies who usually forward their calls to a receptionist. Speaking with the owner I was able to gain valuable knowledge in what doors to select for my house. I had already had a set of doors in mind, however with his experience and knowledge Nav recommended that I went with a different set of doors that would complement my new front door for the main entrance of the house. I had not even given consideration to this idea! The new doors that Nav recommended were such a great fit for the style of front door we had going in, and not to mention they were at a lower price! Once we confirmed the door, Nav was at my house the same day measuring up and placing the orders for the new ones to come in. Even with the existing supply chain issues going on in the world right now, Nav was able to have my doors within the following week! I don’t know how he did it but he used his magic and got it done! Other companies told me it would be a 3-4 week wait minimum. Knowing that our time line was moving quite fast Nav made us feel like we were his only customers even though his company does massive scale installations and are constantly busy. I actually got their number driving past numerous town house developments that had Nav Point Garage door advertising on the project! Nav sent his worker to our residence and soon met him there afterwards to check in that I was satisfied with the work! His worker was very polite, sociable and accommodating to the fact that we were not able to have our garage completely cleared due to storage of reno materials that we had no other area for them to be stored. He managed to work around these items and got the job done. Definitely a pro! Within 5 hours our old garage doors and motors were replaced with brand new ones. I can’t recommend Nav Point enough to anyone else looking to get work done on their garage. 5/5 !
