We have been coming to the resort every summer for the last 5 years. Our family loves it here.We look forward to our trip every year. The lake is beautiful, the fishing is great, and the cabins are very comfortable. The resort is very family orientated and the owners are fantastic.

Beautiful location and a nice lake for paddling and fishing. The owner is friendly and quick to answer questions. Sadly, the site needs some major upgrades such as gravel to prevent mud pits everywhere. RV sites need gravel and need to be levelled. The water system needs MAJOR work as the water just stops working randomly. Which means toilets do not flush and you could be in the shower and the water stops. The garbage cans were overflowing. The grounds need some cleaning and weeding. Parking is a free for all which makes it difficult to get in and out.

Great hospitality. Very friendly owners (Sheila and Luke) and staff. We were a party ("gang") of four and we were comfortably situated in Cabin #5 - the Fox Cabin. There was ample living space, a good wood heat stove and all of the kitchen utensils that we needed. The communal bathroom was clean and functional with a good shower. There are three docks plus a ramp to unload a boat, if needed. The price was very good and appropriate for what was offered. The camp is rustic but we knew that from the advertising and pictures. Sheila and/or Luke responded quickly to any requests that we had and offered advice about the surrounding area. Thank you for a great three nights.

Absolutely loved it, the water is so clear. You can see the fish and ducks swimming under the water. Great atmosphere, cabins are all close to the water. New beds, pillows. Lots of ? to keep it shaded. ? We will be back. Ciao for now.

Although the resort has cabins for rent we took our RV trailer (the resort has 4 spots for them) and our kids joined us via tenting for a family get together. The owners were VERY accommodating. Though they were doing some maintenance on the driveways at the time we were there they did so in the least disruptive manner possible. The resort is older and rustic but neat and clean, Boat dock was adequate for all of us that brought our car toppers. Although the fishing was slow when we were there, the wildlife and lake views were fantastic. No one had issues with suggestions on where to catch fish and just touring the lake in the boat was a lot of fun. We had the RV/Tenting spot right next to the roadway and yet it was very quiet day and night as there was very little traffic until the weekend. Super nice place and pet friendly - Everyone loved it and stated it is definitely a place to come back to. The only down side was the water supply would have low pressure from time to time but it was seriously only a minor inconvenience.

Very basic and rustic cabins, but good for fishing trips. A bit pricy for what you have. Good customer service.

Based on our needs the resort was a bad fit. This was only discovered after driving 6.5 hrs from the lower mainland, on Hwy 1 with all the repairs from the floods going on. This would be great for a singles weekend, or couples without small kids. There are no pictures of the cabin interiors, or listing of dimensions, and the exterior pictures make them look bigger somehow. They say there's a stove in the descriptions, but there was a hotplate with 1 of 2 burners on the fritz. There was no seating area other than a small table and chairs, and no room for much else. Not particularly family friendly, especially in winter given the distance to walk to the bathroom building. Pros: nice property manager, lovely lake and good fish in the lake, electric heat, running water in the sink. Cons: super small, no seating area in 2 br cabins, washrooms too far, no stove/oven.
