★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a great establishment. Prices are way more than reasonable and they use their washing products. Sensitive skin and forgot to tell them. No worries it’s not bothering me a bit... the way they fold up your clothes is first class and they don’t come out of the bag wrinkled. The girls are super proud and the place is spotless. Grateful for Suds and Duds !

Apparently no laundry Eduquette. You can leave 8 washers and 6 dryers full of laundry all day if you like. Apparently that's how they make money I was told.
Won't go back.

However I will never return due to a staff member treating me like I was a child and even went as far to say I was not a customer. At this particular point in the day (3:00pm) there were two female staff attending to folks and the one was so mean and angry she certainly needs to go find a different job. I was shocked to be treated so mean! I will be following up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really had a good experience here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They explained how to use and which one to use and how much money to put in and how long things will take. As it was our first time use a laundromat. We are travelling on Vancouver island and saved up a big load of laundry. We were able to get everything done in one hour and it was only 8 dollars including the soap. We left and felt so good with warm and dry laundry.
