We recently purchased a reclining chair and have been very happy with this purchase. We were in the store on Thursday and it was delivered set up and ready to be enjoyed by noon the next day. We are very happy campers.

After research and on the recommendation of a friend, we recently purchased an Ergomotion 630 TwinXL adjustable bed, mattresses, mattress pad & king sheets. We spent time testing many beds, under the guidance of Neelam who took time to explain so many aspects of beds, bedding. and sleeping - quality being key. We received the product within a week, with excellent service by two employees, who also took time to explain certain features. Thank you M&N staff for your excellent service and long term commitment to our community.

I walked in and was welcomed right away by the friendly staff. Sukh offered a wealth of knowledge around mattresses, what works best in each format, and the perks of different models. His understanding of the products was clearly articulated, and I felt educated and supported in my purchase. Wonderful service right from walking in the door, to decision-making and purchase, and expedited delivery of my mattress. Down to earth people and an enjoyable, personal experience. Great service and a store I will definitely recommend to friends and family if you are looking for mattresses, beds, couches or chairs... so many beautiful options. The local, friendly service and community connection is lightyears ahead of the big box stores. Highly recommend. And great warranties on products!

We lost the screws to our cabinet bed when we moved. I send a request to the M&N Mattress shop in Parksville, if they could help us out with 6 new screws. Not only did they accommodate our request, even our bed was bought elsewhere, they also delivered them right to our front door in Comox and no charge at all. Excellent service from Sukh and his team. Can’t wait to go and check out their store.

What a mattress! Purchased a Pure Energy Iron Man mattress three weeks ago, and can definitely say they are as advertised. Day by day, my sleeps and REM have improved, and the aches and pains have greatly diminished. I used to wake up, cautiously get out of bed to avoid the first painful steps, then take 15 minutes to get the body to start to move properly again, now the moment I step out of bed I am in full swing. Pain and stiffness don't even enter my mind! No more sore feet or back. I find my body is more relaxed in general, I have more energy during the day and better workouts. Mark and Neelam were very kind people, and really cared about my experience with their company and products. They went above and beyond on the human level to be helpful, which I find is more and more rare in business these days... a 'no sales' atmosphere, very comfortable and refreshing! They set the bar for 'Family Owned and Operated'. Highly recommend you treat yourself... take some time to visit the M & N Team and test drive the Iron Man!

Very long story, but may prevent you from disappointment!! Not even worth 1 star!! When my friend put an offer on her soon to be home, she knew she would need a spare be to be set up so we have somewhere to sleep while waiting for her furniture to be delivered. Beginning of December, we went in the store and after being advised to purchase quickly as the cabinet beds sell out fast and they have that one in stock with a little different detail that didn't matter to her, she put her deposit down. She went in a couple days later to pay the remaining balance once her offer was accepted. She went into the store the day before she were to take possession of her new home to confirm delivery and was told her bed was not in stock. That they have a foam mattress she can take now and they will deliver the cabinet bed when they get it in. Once she returned to my place where she was staying, she had called back and informed them she did not purchase a foam mattress and would like her mattress she purchased and they reassured her they would deliver her mattress the next day to her home. After sharing this with me I called the store and expressed how disappointing this was when all this was put in place beginning of December and we are now beginning of February and delivery was set up at time of purchase. After a couple hours I was told they are picking up the bed Thursday and will deliver it Saturday! I was stern when I explained we are expecting a bed to be delivered Wednesday and look forward to this happening!! A mattress (most uncomfortable mattress) was delivered the day the entire bed was due. When the door was opened, the box was pushed in the door and we were expected to carry the mattress upstairs and sleep on it on the floor!! On Saturday the cabinet bed was delivered as expected. The delivery guys struggled getting the cabinet up the stairs damaging a small piece of trim and a corner of the cabinet is chipped. With the bad experience we did not want to deal with this company any more and are not interested in reporting any more issues to this company. We DO NOT recommend and will not return to this company!! I am very grateful my friend did receive a mattress cover and a couple pillows for all her disappointment but it does not make up for the unprofessional way this happened.

Even in the midst of COVID 19, we drove to Parksville after a Google search. The staff were warm and inviting and spent a great deal of time explaining each product we asked about as well as offer suggestions to ponder We bought a Cabinet Bed and a Headboard, which we delivered, assembled. and packing material removed. I would recommend that you visit this store before making any decisions. Good Staff; Good Price; Good Products.

We recently purchased a mattress from M and N and were so impressed we ended up also buying the bed frame and sofa we were shopping for from them as well. We found the quality of their Canadian made furniture the same or better than what we had looked at in other stores, the prices more economical, the service personalized and fun, and the timeline for delivery 7 weeks earlier than what others could offer.
