It was my first time being sugared, so I was a little nervous, but she was so good at explaining everything and making you feel comfortable. She was very meticulous to make sure she got everything, which I appreciate so much. The space is so cute and very clean. I would definitely recommend Sucré.

First of all let me just say that the place is very neat, smells nice and the atmosphere is calming. The lady though that booked my appointment was the same lady that treated my underarms today (cant remember her name now unfortunately - Aimee perhaps?). This was my first time and I told her this. She was actually nice and welcoming when I came in. However, during the treatment, it so painful that I scream and jilted my body - some of the powder poured on the floor (this is how painful it was). This lady gave me this 'Oh no!' stern look and her hands went up like "What the hell" and seriously said to me "Can I continue now'' ? I was shocked as I expected a professional treatment with empathy, understanding and the staff should know how to talk to a first time client squirming in pain. She quickly continued with the same intensity and attitude as previous... oh it was painful. She later gave me some cooling gel to apply to my underarms since I was still in pain. I had thought to do a Brazilian but after this experience ...No no no...at least not with this lady. She may rip my soft skins right off and leave me churning in my blood.

However since becoming pregnant my hair has grown back… I would have to say this was the most painless hair removal I’ve ever experienced. Ashley was training a new technician during my service. Both had been very professional. Listening in as Ashley taught was also very helpful as it knew what to expect as well as gained an appreciation for how much thought and care is put into every service.

I was really impressed from when I first walked in, until the end of my appointment. this being my first hair removal experience, I did not know what to expect. I found the atmosphere to be very peaceful, as well as my practitioner Holly was attentive and professional. overall I was surprised at how low the discomfort level was, and very satisfied with the results. Will definitely be back!

Her calm demeanour eased me into my first (most likely not last) sugaring session and although there was PAIN - it was cathartic! For many reasons beyond my immediate control, my appointment had to change about 3 times. They were quite flexible and polite in rearranging and accommodating at every point and I genuinely appreciated this. Overall, I would definitely recommend you visit and give sugaring a try at this location!
