J	Jessy B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im pretty sure the 5 star reviews for this location are fake and the employees probably ask their friends to write them like just read them smh. This is hands down one of the worst subway locations in surrey. I use to go here often since i worked nearby and the employees were always so rude and seemed like they were forced to work there like if you hate your job that much just quit. Sometimes they would put in too much sauce and wrap the sub with some of it sticking out. Once i found a hair in my sub and that was the last time i ever went here. Honestly i feel like its the management that needs to change.

I called the store and asked how can i add veggie patty to the online order and they told me to just choose extra cheese to pay of the balance and i did so; then I called the store if the order is fine and they said it is fine ; they called me later and told me that that they have added half piece of veggie patty in my sub because they need $2 more to add a full patty, I even requested if they can add full patty, I can pay the balance in the store or even online by card. But they refused to accept. Made so many requests but each was refused for 2$. It was online uber order worth $30.00 , they should treat customes better.
s	sukh Grewal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally don't write reviews but this place made soo mad that I want everyone to know. During this unbearable heat wave this place was like oven. Upon asking the staff I found out that air conditioning hasn't been working from weeks and the owner is completely ignoring the staff complaints. They are working in very unhealthy conditions. I actually saw sweaty arms and half face drenched in sweat under that hat. If that sweaty person is preparing my food I was concerned about the hygiene required to be in food industry. I was even skeptical about the meat temperatures. Sure enough my sandwich was horrible I ended up going to a different place to get my food. I felt so disgusted. If they don't care about the staff if they working in bad conditions clearly they don't care there customers health. I will never go to this place again.
