★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. The cashier didn't know how to activate the coupon I was trying to use, became frustrated, and was very rude towards me afterwards. Blaming a customer for your own incompetence doesn't make any sense. It's sad, most of the other staff are ok otherwise but it only takes one to ruin the experience. Food is par for the course by Subway standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go for sandwich here every once and a while. They are pretty quick and they do make a good sandwich. Typical subway but staff are friendly and hard working. I have gone enough that they actually remember me and know how I like my sandwich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to this sub frequently, and I find good service every time. In peak hours, two to three people work here as it gets a big lineup quite often. I like the roasted beef foot long sub or the turkey. They are located in the student union building at the university of Alberta. I would definitely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young Fillipina worker and the overweight Fillipina worker who work here are both extremely rude. They laugh a lot and gossip about customers when they should be working. These workers are the same ones who work at the Subway restaurant near the U of A hospital. The two restaurants are owned by the same franchisee. Please be aware of this fact and do not visit both restaurants if you want Subway food. Go to another Subway and get much better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't ever come to this restaurant. The workers here are extremely rude to people who are not Fillipino. In particular there is a young female worker from the Phillipines who is exceptionally rude. I speak Tagalog so I could overhear them talking bad about many customers ahead of me in line. The workers here were talking about the customers' weight, their physical appearance and even their clothing.
