Aslo the Fresh Vegetablesis are not fresh
And the Rusted chicken is not cooked well and it's cold ,also too much Spicy I already told her a little bit spice but she put too much spice not happy at all Trust me it's not worth it $29 for this bad food one star is not even enough

I mostly go there in evening time and girls work there give excellent service and love to go there. sometime it really busy and she worked by her own but she serve every single customers with smile on her face. thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use the app for the offers.This location is closest to my place so its convienent. The food at all Subways tastes the same so I can't rate that really.
What's become comical is the staffs unwillingness to follow directions with online orders. So now i order through the app, pick up the sandwich, take it to my car or open it there - as I got tired of getting it home and realizing they did not do what i asked.
What kills me is my order isn't ever complicated and i make it clear in the notes the app provides. You can click extra for veggies or less. I click extra and in the comments on this occasion wrote please a minimum of 7 tomatoes. The sub had 4 tomatoes. The staff here is meh nice. They don't go out of there way, they have zero personality. If you have a coupon best to go in and just walk them through making the sub as you want it- spoiler you will need to be like more please they are stingy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are so many Subway restaurants in every city so if one Subway isn’t good, it’s not hard to drive 2 mins away and go to another one. Next time I want Subway, I’ll drive a little further instead of going to this one.
They’re cheap!!! Asked for extra pickles, and she was sooo sooo cheap, put 6 pickles on the sub so she didn’t even give me extra. She was so skimpy with everything, I felt like a poor beggar having to ask for extra lettuce etc. I’m paying 12 bucks for a sub, give me extra pickles if I ask. She made sure to give me as little steak as possible on my sub, shaking the spoon so steak would fall off back into the container until it was just barely under the line, the bare minimum.
She wasn’t friendly at all either. Asked how her evening was going and she ignored me completely and just said what can I get for you.
There’s lots of Subway’s out there. It’s really easy to never go back to the bad and cheap one and I won’t.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a late breakfast after testing this morning. The sandwich itself was tasty but the flat bread on both of our meal was hard and dry. We could only eat half of our 6inch because the bread was hard. Must have been days old that it was that hard. We have never had an issue in any other Subway but at that location. This location was 8740 149th street Edmonton
