Subway

The guys with black glasses who work at 12pm on Nov 19, 2021 is really rude toward customer. You guys should rehiring the staffs here. The worse customer services I have ever seen. One star is too high for this location.

I wasn't sure if the reviews posted here were as true as they claim, so I decided to try this location anyway. This is easily the worst Subway I've been to, mostly because of the customer service as opposed to the food itself. Still, it makes a huge difference when going from one Subway to another. This is the only Subway I've ever been to that doesn't accept coupons, which even that in itself didn't make sense to me. Even when trying to order something I had to ask the person helping me to repeat themselves 4 times because they were speaking way too quietly and softly for a busy lunch hour in a room full of people talking and making noise. The cashier, who appeared to be the manager or a supervisor (she wasn't in uniform), was not friendly towards customers at all and when I was prompted to use my card to pay, that was the end of the transaction as far as she was concerned. No simple "thank you", or "have a good day", nothing like that. She just walked away and then came back to get the next customer to pay. I know it's not the end of the world, but simple politeness and manners go a LONG way when it comes to customer service. In addition, it's really not hard to do. At all. It's an incredibly simple thing to do that makes customers feel appreciated and human, instead of just being perceived as walking funnels of money to be processed through like an assembly line. The food tasted fine enough and it was the food from Subway that I'd expect, although I had to ask for more veggies since they put on a very stingy portion that looked like nothing at all on my sandwich. I would rather travel further off campus to a different Subway than ever visit this one again if the staff can't make an effort to effectively communicate or show simple manners to customers.

They just don't care. I tried the new Louisiana chicken sandwich and it felt like I was gnawing on an old rubber tire. More like sandwich anti-artistes. I can't think of an antonym for artist.? Definitely not sandwich artists.

It's all good I just wondered why my soup says subway which is where I was but the crackers say Wendy's their not even the same chain of restaurant ...any thoughts on this?

Fast, and friendly, service. Although I'd you come after lunch rush you will have to wait for some subway items

Has anybody else noticed the decline in girth of these sandwiches over the years? I myself have snake oiled many ladies over the years with outlandish claims of magnum sized subs of my own. These sandwich artists and I similarly leave people hungry but strangely wanting more.

I would like to give 5 stars to Sandwich Artist “Manpreet(Punjabi Girl/Indian). She was polite, followed instructions, made delicious Veggie Sandwich, packing was also perfect, she filled and cut sandwich very nicely, added adequate amount of sauces, closed sandwich nicely. I really appreciate her service. Well done. Thank You Manpreet :)

Ive never seen such slow service before and the carelessness when making the subs, ive been there almost every day fir a month and gotten the same exact thing, but somehow they still mess it up worst subway on campus
