Much better produce then the Subway in Ranchlands. At least this location keeps things fresh. Still have an issue with staff who can't make a sub properly though. A little attention to detail would be nice, take the extra second to spread the veggies out evenly, or seperate the bacon so it's not one huge clump.

The owner here is wonderful. Very generous with the toppings and maintains a clean and healthy workplace. With Covid-19 restrictions in effect and less traffic, it is just him working in there at the moment but he still gets your order prepared in a timely manner. I had ordered Parmesan Oregano bread there once as I saw it available on the shelf. The owner thought it wasn’t quite a perfect batch so he felt it was too soft and didn’t allow me to order it. I simply picked out another bread (cheese, I think) but I was impressed that the owner took time to care about customer experience and repeat business. This is a very fine location with a great owner.

Check the attitude of some of your employees I called your store twice and the same rude south Asian accented lady answered before I could even get a chance to ask if they were hiring part time she hung up on me and the second time I called she had a rude and annoyed tone like if you hate your job so much then quit.

I ordered from the wrong location on the app. I promptly phoned to cancel it. The order said it wasn't even started yet but they still charged me. Scammers.

Best service I've ever had at a subway! The staff are extremely efficient and friendly. I walked in when there was a long lineup and they got me through in record time. Can't say I've ever experienced that at any other subway location. This will be my new go to! Highly recommend coming here!

Absolutely outstanding service!!! Jag and the team went above and beyond for our large order of 140 lunch boxes! You have truly made our team happy for the may long celebrations and I thank you for going above and beyond with great fresh lunches, accommodating delivery and doing it with a smile!!!! I’d also like to add that other locations could not meet our needs and you went above and beyond! Thank you so much!!!! We will be back for our next team event!

I just ordered the foot long Italian BTM and I did not order extra cheese but they charged me for it very slyly. An old man was my sandwich maker. He did not even give me the receipt for it after I paid. I came back to the store and an other worker(lady) came to me and I asked her for my receipt. I checked the price again. The extra cheese was added on my receipt and I did not order for the extra cheese also there was no extras cheese on my sandwich, neither. After I told her about it, she told me the price was just changed so this price was right. I checked the Subway website. The price was not changed. If the price was changed then only price was supposed to be updated, not adding extra money as charging extra cheese. After I told her that, 3 men customers were just coming into the store. Suddenly, she looked at the people and changed her word so I could get my extra money that I’ve paid for it. The extra money that they charged me was only $1.60 but because of that, they lost their valuable customer.
