★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time it's happened now, that i've ordered Subway through DoorDash and Subway messes up my order and only sends one sub, both times the people that delivered it claimed they even asked if that was all the order and the subway employee would say yep that's it. They clearly don't know how to work there and prepare orders with multiple subs. The first time we ordered of July 23rd we dealt with the issue then so i didn't feel the need to right the review but the second time come on guys seriously, look at the price of the order and see that one sub wouldnt cost 40 bucks to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not one to make a point of complaining. But while at this subway location ordering food today, we had absolutely horrible service. One of our 3 sandwiches did not get cheese, they joked about it as it was already in the grill press and ended up putting the cheese on one of the other samwiches that we ordered. Also with our third sandwich we asked for a 6 inch sub and got a footlong. Even after we made mention of the mistakes they joked and laughed about it, they did nothing to fix the mistakes. I for one will not be going back to this location in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're always super friendly, and the veggies are all really fresh! The rotisserie chicken looks fresh, especially compared to some other locations where it looks like it's been sitting for a while. Great quality and they always make time for a quick chat too if there isn't a line up, and that makes it even more welcoming. I take my nephews here too they really like the food and service.
Especially for kids, I think it's important to have a plant based affordable option. It doesn't have to be vegetarian, but subway is great to have in Riverbend Square. Thank you for always affordable, fresh, and healthy options for fast food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live on the west end and would drive here anytime because the staff and service is more than 5 stars! This location is by far the best in Edmonton! The ladies are super sweet and friendly. My sub is made PERFECT everytime and just the way I like it. I wish the staff here would work at the Grange location because God knows they are AWFUL there! Go to this location if you're willing to drive and don't live in the area. I guarantee you it's worth it! Thanks for making my day whenever I come in. Keep up the amazing work you do!
