Awesome dealership!! All thanks to Doug McCarthy and his team for an AMAZING experience. Just purchased a brand new 2020 Impreza Sport Tech and I’m loving it! Doug made the process so effortless and smooth from day 1 and 100% exceeds all expectations of customer service above and beyond! Prompt replies with emails and follow ups. I’m so happy to have had Doug as my sales specialist! He is extremely knowledgeable, very polite, attentive and patient to any questions you might have. This is my first time purchasing a brand new car and I’m extremely happy with how it went. He makes sure you’re completely satisfied with everything. The exterior and interior features was explained in great detail during the test drive and delivery of the vehicle. If you’re in the market for a Subaru, please ask for Doug McCarthy!!! Will be recommending to ALL of my family and friends. Thank you Doug & Subaru of Maple!!!! :)

Poor customer service from service department. Girl at the end table was too busy on her cell phone to help me or answer any service calls when other reps were busy with clients. Now I know why it’s so hard to speak with service. After checking in for an oil change I had to wait an extra 35 minutes after my car was done for my keys and papers because the same girl was once again busy on her cell phone and it made me late for work. I was told it was in the wash when I asked how much longer because I have work but she had my keys on her table. I don’t know why I was lied to. When mentioned to her about my keys she said she didn’t know I was waiting and still have to do my paperwork. Looks like excuses to be on cell phone. I will no longer going to this location because there is no value for people time. Vehicle in your computer is under another name. Please do not contact us. We are not interested in coming to this location ever again. All information about what happened is noted. Nothing more to say. Very bad experience customer do not come first at your location.

Really appreciated the relatively speedy and efficient service provided as well as Dino’s explanation of other issues that needed attention. Dino is always great to deal with and always follows through with any questions or concerns. Great service!

Dishonest and poor customer service from the service department. I purchased my 2013 impreza brand new from this dealership 9 years ago. About a month ago, my AT Oil Temp light came on. I was advised by both Dino Marghe and Phong Tran that my transmission required immediate replacement, which would cost over $10,000.00. Neither of them would provide any explanation as to the actual problem or the codes that came up during their scan. They were both evasive when answering my questions. The following day I called and spoke to Dino and wanted to inquire about repair options or putting a claim through my warranty. I was promised a call back within the hour and that never happened. My calls and emails were never responded to. It's clear that this dealership was only interested in speaking to me if I was willing to spend 10k. Due to their poor customer service, I took my vehicle for a second and third opinion at two private shops. Both mechanics confirmed that the transmission was fine and simply required a valve body replacement, which costs a tenth of the price. To summarize, this dealership provided false information and further refused to communicate with me unless I was willing to spend over 10k. Because of this experience, Subaru of Maple has lost a customer.

Absolutely disgusted by our sales advisor's attitude. Not only did he look down on our family for not being proficient in English, but his demeanor also changed noticeably after realizing I was perfectly fluent. Poor consideration for his clientele. He also had the nerve to question my choice of vehicle, asking if a female of my age/size needed such a large vehicle, and claims *he* would never drive an SUV. (I was there to facilitate a purchase for family- I do not drive a Subaru, but what I choose to purchase and buy is not up to his approval or commentary. Very unprofessional) Where my place of employment is also not knowledge he needs to know, so prying is not only inconsiderate, unprofessional, but poor conduct as a whole. As first-time Subaru owners, we also knew NOTHING about how to operate the in-car entertainment system or the various features of our car. He left us alone in their new vehicle delivery room to navigate it ourselves and sent us on our way without so much as asking if we needed help or any explanations. We're a family very familiar with cars, dealerships, and sales advisors- every single one has always walked us through the car (both physically and any apps/features) He did no such thing. Very disappointed that this new purchase lacked immensely in comparison to every single dealership/car/purchase we've made in the past. My family may have opted to let this go, but I can’t. So no need to dig around for their contact information, I suppose.

Subaru fans here so this review is admittedly biased. Very happy owners of a 2017 Forester, and now a new 2022 Crosstrek. Initially we were recently looking into a hybrid but talks with a different manufacturer & dealer were unsuccessful. Quickly made a call to Alfred of Subaru Maple and had the deal done the next day. So quick and easy! And being repeat clients we even got our loyalty incentives on discount and rate reduction. Lest anyone forget 2022 was still the year of the Great Supply Chain Crisis. It was definitely not a buyers market to put it mildly. Alfred treated us with respect and we came out with a good deal. Icing on the cake: signed the paperwork Dec.2021, expected delivery in Mar.2022, but received the call to pickup in Feb, a whole month earlier. Been happily driving our new Crosstrek since. Thank you Alfred, David and the rest of the Subaru Maple team!

I get it, supply chain issues have made it difficult for many industries, the automotive industry included. You may not be able to get the exact car you want, or may have to wait a while to get one, but one thing that hasn't changed is good customer service. We were looking for a car for my son. At first (email) contact with this dealership, the sales person, sales manager as well as the general manager all replied noting "If there's anything we can help you with, please don't hesitate to reach out." First contact seemed great, so we booked an appointment. We were able to go on a test drive, liked the car, but did not commit, as we were going to a few other dealerships to view other brands' offerings. As we wrapped up our hunt that day, we decided that the Subaru was for us, and emailed the sales person that evening. We settled not on the test drive car, but another demo which wasn't on the lot (due to it having upgraded trim.) His reply, "Great! it will be a couple of weeks until you can pick up the car." No problem. Touched base with him a week later, "Oh sorry, we sold the test drive car, so we can't sell you the demo. What? Emailing the sales manager and general manager was of no use, as they were not even courteous enough to return my email. We all make mistakes, but have the decency to admit it. We still like the brand, and were lucky enough to find the same car at another dealership. Bit of a drive, but Google "Highest Rated Subaru Dealership in Ontario."

So I recently picked up at 2022 Subaru Outback touring edition. The staff at Subaru of Maple are outstanding. Our sales rep was Maria she was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the Subaru family of cars. I truly believe this is important that the rep knows the details of a vehicle. It really helps you make an informed decision when it comes to a vehicle purchase. We traded our Toyota Prius in and they gave us a very fair price. I would highly recommend considering Subaru of Maple if you’re in the market for a new car. This absolutely had to be one of the most enjoyable Car buying experiences I’ve had and I’ve owned a lot of vehicles over the years. Thank you to the staff for this experience
