M	MB S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAFE SHOPPING DURING COVID! Leo has the most incredible product lines and has SO much in-stock! Studio Pazo has become a favourite design go-to shop for us! And the owner, Leo, is amazing!
K	Kristel Cimoszko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 Stendig calendars online on September 2, 2020 and needed to refund them same day as the order was doubled up on our end. Leo the contact person responded same day saying the refund would be processed in the next couple days but it never was. I reached out to him multiple times over the period of a month no response at all. Finally over one month later (October 9, 2020) he responded, however, he was rude and arrogant in his response. We ended up having to dispute the charges prior to his response as there was complete silence on Studio Pazo's end. I would not recommend supporting this business for the attitude alone of Leo. There is always another store to shop at. This one does not get our business. Go somewhere you are appreciated. In addition to this, after posing this review, Leo called my place of work yelling on the phone. So I hung up the phone on him. He then proceeded to call multiple times after the fact and left multiple voice messages including the following voice mail ... "Apparently you're a big baby so I don't even know why I'd be leaving a message but you need to grow up and realize the world doesn't revolve around you." (Message is saved, the others are too). He continues to call and harass our place of work. Very unstable individual.

Here you can find wall decor, clocks, tableware, glassware, candles, calendars and more - everything is top European quality, and you can order many other things from designers' catalogues directly from the store. The gentleman who helped us was super nice and passionate about the store; he knew all about various manufacturers, designers and has recommended a few nice things to us. Can't wait to return!

They placed a special order for me, it arrived quickly, and at a price that beat the other retailers I'd looked into. When I went to pick it up I chatted briefly with the owner, who is affable, knowledgeable, and passionate about design. I could see myself returning at the end of the year for some holiday shopping.

You can barely move! So much stuff you cannot see anything. On top of that the prices are kinda high and the proprietor disinterested and unfriendly; busy intently looking at a shelf. Perhaps pondering how he can jam a few more items in!! So to sum it up it: it could be a nice store if half the stock was removed and the prices dropped by at least 30% In response to the "response from the owner": I can assure you it is not possible to navigate your way around this store in 30 seconds! I did a complete 'tour' and it took a good 5 mins . As for grunting a response to "Hello"; well that didn't happen as I did not get a hello! You know nothing about me so how are you able to determine my stance on understanding quality, especially since you claim I was in the store for 30 seconds? Finally I notice that all the responses to unfavorable reviews are personal attacks, perhaps you should ask yourself if you are the bully?
R	Rui Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed a online order to pick up. I LOVE ? these small butter and mike pot from DANSK. I have been looking for this for a long time. Finally find the brand at Studio Pazo. Sadly, due to the COVID-19 store only take appointment customer and curbside pickup. There are so much goodies that need to be discover ? the owner told me that the level of stock in website is pretty accurate. Definitely come back sometime soon and so glad I find this treasures store ??
