I was late but he was very courteous and made things work for me... best make up application I've ever had... he was very speedy and I had the application at 3pm and it looked just as good at midnight! A delight! Great products too and very knowledgeable. 5Stars!

Staff is always super helpful and I always walk away with what I need. I also appreciate that mostly everything is in stock as well. Some other local places never have certain products in stock and always have to order it without you being able to test or see what it really looks like.
S	Samuel Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online and they emailed a DAY later to tell me they only had one of the shade I chose so they couldn't fulfill my order of 2 stick foundations. Okay, understandable. Then it proceeds to be a very tedious back and forth with them asking me how I'd like to proceed, and me asking for information that feels like being told last second. Then, they apparently noticed that they displayed the wrong swatch online and are asking me if I still want the same shade. I ask for a different one and an HOUR later I get a response, with them telling me they had to cancel my order because of their system, and that I can re order it myself if I wanted. Add insult to injury, hours later and my refund still hasn't returned. All in all: Poor website management, poor online communication, and poor customer service (at least online) and slow responses. My recommendation is don't order online unless you like pointless banter with the staff.
J	Jacs S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They took the time to test a few products with me to find the one(s) that worked best for me. I have problematic skin and they showed me what products to use for each of my problem areas so I can 'hide' the issues. They sold me the right color pallet and gave me a quick 'how to lesson' because I was unfamiliar with them. I was able to do my make-up the next day with confidence and was able to successfully camouflage my problem areas most as well as the professionals at the store. I am sure with a little more practice, I will master the process. A huge thank you to all the staff at Studio FX for helping me feel beautiful again.
X	Xancerus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people there were so sweet and they were not trying to persuade me to buy anything. They had almost everything I needed. The only thing I couldn’t get is the correct size of scar wax since they ran out just a few minutes ago which wasn’t much of a problem since I’m a beginner. It has products for monsters, gore, glam, etc. It also has stuff for beginners and professionals, they also were telling me about a new program but when I said I probably wasn’t in the age limit they said there was a 9 year old that wanted to join too. Excellent service and products! Totally recommend!
V	V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm disgusted with how I was treated by Studio FX. My order was stolen from my mailbox. The post office, told me that it's still Studio FX's responsibility to file a claim, because their carrier shouldn't have delivered to an unsecured (wide open mailbox) I didn't think it was fair to Studio FX, so I told them I would file a police report for the theft, and try to get reimbursed via small claims. As part of the report, I was asked for a description of the parcel. I reached out to Studio FX, for the parcel's description (because investigators have to review the video footage) Studio FX didn't bother to respond.

I would definitely shop with them again!! There was never any pressure to buy things.. I was treated very well, the store was clean, well lit, and took all of the necessary precautions to keep both the staff as well as their patrons safe from Covid-19. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would!!
