Vraiment déçu, elle est ressortir de là comme elle est était rentrée et en plus il m'a dit qu'il était 17h00 pour me confirmer que c'était la fermeture pas le temps de lui sécher ses cheveux. Ma fille est métisse, donc pas les mêmes cheveux que moi j'aurais pu comprendre. Bof! C'était une première fois et une dernière aussi I went for my daughter for a wash and it was a total disaster. Really disappointed, she came out of there as she had come back and in addition he told me it was 5:00 p.m. to confirm to me that it was closing time, no time to dry her hair. When I came back to him after my first hair colouring wasn’t what I expected, he took full responsibility and so cordially redid my hair without question!
