J’arrive au salon d’esthétique et il a une fille qui me répond oui vous avez un rdv? J’ai dit oui elle ma dit de contacte l’esthéticienne cars elle n’était pas encore arrivé ! Je la contacte et elle me dit j’ai essayer de te contacte et je ne pourrai pas être là et que j’avais supposément donner un mauvais numéro ! Donc pour finir elle m’a jamais fait de pose de cils et elle m’a même raccrocher au nez ! Vraiment service 0 professionnel elle m’a envoyer mon dépôt quand même mais le fait que elle maille raccrocher au nez est 0 professionnel ! Bref je vous déconseille de prendre vos rdv en ligne sur sa page instagram cars elle n’est pas à son affaire l’esthéticienne de cils elle va vous faire perdre votre temps ! J'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises que ce soit elle qui fasses mes cils car j'aimais moins ses autres techniciennes. Il m'est arrivé plusieurs fois de me présenter et qu'elle ne soit pas là et qu'elle est transféré mon rendez-vous avec une autre sans m'aviser. La dernière fois une de ces techniciennes ma fait un remplissage de 2 semaines en 40 minutes. Je suis sorti avec la moitier des cils pas rempli. Je lui est écrit quelques jours plus tard pour lui dire que je voulais rendez-vous avec elle seulement à cause de ces raisons. Elle m'a envoyé promener.En me demandant c'est quoi mon problème et me disant d'arrêter de me plaindre. Elle m'a manqué de respect à cause que je paye pour un service de 45$ et que je lui dit que je ne suis pas satisfaite avec les autres. J'était tellement fâché de me faire traiter comme ça gratuitement . De plus , à plusieurs reprises , ses collègues faisait très traitement facial et lui demandait ce qu'il devait faire exactement , avec quel outil , une d'entre elle a même laisser partir une cliente et la propriétaire lui a demander si elle avait oublié de mettre une pommade sur son visage , la fille a dit oui et la propriétaire à dit que c'était grave car elle allait avoir beaucoup de douleur etc.. Je n'irai plus jamais là de ma vie . Manque de professionnalisme , communication , traite ces clients comme des moins que rien . Mauvaise expérience pour ma part The owner is unprofessional at all. She disrespected me because I was paying for a $ 45 service and telling her that I was not happy with others. I was so sorry to be treated like this for free. They are super professional and the estheticians are super nice especially Emilie and Tracy. They offer a variety of treatments so you dont have to go to differents locations to get them all done. You can get them all done at Luxe Divins. If you book an appointment i can guarantee that you will leave satisfied!
