★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why are you taking items from the rich who want to GIVE them to the poor for FREE, and then sell those items at expensive prices that poor people can't even afford??
I have been a client to this store for about 3 years now, and only last year made donations worth about 5000$. I am so dissapointed to see Renaissance now. I told myself, I would donate to make a positive change and I would buy there to encourage reusing the items and creating jobs.
But....
Renaissance is slowly becoming as shameful as Village des Valeurs with their prices going up like crazy. What I bought 20$ from renaissance last year is now sold 40-60$. Some items are sold at prices that compare to new items in store. They we're DONATIONS....this is insane. They only care about making more and more profit, NOT about people. The people deciding the prices need to be fired quick and prices reviewed, to allow POOR people to get a chance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing with the lack of service. I was waiting in line for about 20 minutes then went to the "quick check out line"
near the boutique where I was asked to go to the regular check out line where it was "faster", but I was next in line at the "quick check out line" near the boutique anyways so why did this employee tell me that it was going to be faster at regular check out when there was a huge line up from what I was trying to avoid? I was quite annoyed and frustrated by this point that I just dropped my item and left. Thanks, but no thanks.
