★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not enjoy my experience with the female massage therapist there. She was loud, in your face aggressive, wouldn’t stop talking. Was chewing gum, could here it. Very annoying. Wasn’t able to enjoy my massage at all. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a hairstylist, massage becomes a "need", not a "want". For a long time I struggled to find an RMT that would leave me with long lasting relief from my shoulder pain. That was until I met Keith! He is super knowledgeable and is a great conversationalist. He is not afraid to dig in and make it "hurt" in a good way! I can finally say I have found an RMT in North Bay that I experience the positive effects of a massage for days afterwards. So happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got me in right away. Very impressed with the staff and owner. I should have needed surgery to fix my knee playing hockey and this team fixed me up in three weeks and am back to playing net. I strongly recommend Structures.

After years of pain in my hips and feeling frozen, Dr. Anne has gotten me moving again. During the assessment appointment, she took the time to investigate my current condition thoroughly, she listened to my personal issues and then explained the process and the steps she was going to take very completely and patiently. I don’t trust people very easily but her positive attitude and patience won me over and am I glad that I trusted her!
I have followed her treatment plan which included several adjustments and an exercise plan. Dr. Anne is very thorough and professional, yet positive and friendly - not always an easy balance to achieve. Her office is very welcoming which includes her dog Mercury (I love dogs).
The whole experience did NOT feel like going to a cold, sterile treatment clinic at all. I highly recommend Dr. Anne Bowness.
