Adam tries to find the root of the problem and goes from there. I would highly recommend Adam. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and a great practitioner.

Some helped a little and some did not help .I have been suffering for 10 years because of the spine issue. Finally, pain in my low back, my buttocks, my legs made it impossible for me to walk. I had been living with a constant headache every day since July 2001 after I fractured my skull. I had tried everything from medication to acupuncture to nerve blocks to even Botox. But then my partner encouraged me to see Adam and man am I sooo glad I did. Not only have my headaches drastically improved but I have gone weeks without a single headache. Adam was exceptionally thorough in peeling back the layers in figuring out exactly what was going in my neck my traps my jaw etc which all were contributing to my headaches. I cannot speak highly enough about how amazing Adam is in helping you and your body functions more in line with how it was designed to move. Going to see him was what I needed and I am soo grateful I was able to. Thank you Adam!

I went in for a series of sessions, and I can't recommend Adam enough! I have had chronic back, neck and muscular tension issues stemming from a near-fatal car accident shortly after giving birth many years ago. His sessions help get rid of the discomfort and tension, and in addition, Adam teaches you about body alignment, giving you specific stretch postures to help prevent the issues from re-occurring. You feel a few inches taller after each session! His workspace is clean and well-sanitized, the music is soothing and, not to mention, Adam is just entertaining to converse with. Highly recommended!
