She helped me get back on my feet (literally, as I was horizontal for days) and was extremely thorough in both the treatment and the rehabilitation plan. With Tamara's help, I was able to get back to normal activities with confidence, and she provided me with exercises to do whenever I feel that my back is weak or unstable. This was one of the best physiotherapy experiences I have had. The clinic is clean and bright, staff are very friendly, there is lots of parking, and the treatment was above and beyond. I would highly recommend Strive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strive has helped me immensely with my back pain issues. I’d gone to see my doctor for lower back pain and he said I needed an MRI and an injection. Before trying any of that I went to Strive and had massage from Amanda and physiotherapy from Dave. After only one treatment each I got at least 60-70% of my mobility back and wasn’t in constant pain anymore. After 3 treatments each I’m pretty much at 100%. I went from moving and feeling like an 80 year old man to being able to be active again without any pain. I can’t say enough good things about both Amanda and Dave!

Amanda is the best massage therapist I have been to. She is amazingly strong and I always leave feeling refreshed. Even though the location is a bit of drive for me it is definitely worth it for the excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had originally booked my daughter in with another therapist a couple of weeks ago. She plays in a competitive volleyball league and has been complaining about her lower back. Several days before the appointment, a different therapist was filling in and since my teenage daughter is a bit shy, thought I would reschedule with female therapist. Tamara had some openings that worked and turned out her daughter also played volleyball as well. My daughter totally connected with her and was so happy after her treatment. Hoping the exercises are going to help her back.
