My only qualm is that I was left with lots of patches of hair on my legs close to my ankles and some missed hairs and broken hairs around my bikini line :( I didn’t notice right away because it took two days for irritation from waxing to go away which is normal for me but I was disappointed when I got to the beach in Hawaii and noticed all the missed hair. I missed out on a day of swimming because I had to wait until I got back to the hotel to deal with it.

Their products are easy on the skin, their facilities are clean and modern (great music compared to regular spas), my stripper is Ali and she is super quick and efficient and pleasant to chat with! These guys even went out of their way to accommodate me being late for my appointment! Highly recommended :)

The wax was a bit painful but the waxer made sure I was experiencing as little pain as possible. It was not awkward or anything and I would recommend coming here!

Anna was very outgoing, we chatted all along the waxing process which was a good distraction. Some area still had some hair but not her fault because these were too short to be stripped off. I would book another appointment with her again ?
A	Alejandro Samper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was charged $40 for a waxing job that took literally 5 minutes. Appointment was at 4pm and left at 410pm. The cashier took longer to charge me than person who did the waxing actual . Complete rip off. Save your money and go somewhere else. I know I am.
R	Rachel Cowie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for a Brazilian wax and a brow wax, the girl I had was super friendly and the process went fast. About an hour after leaving I noticed I was experiencing pain and discomfort when walking. When I got home I looked and I had a super raw patch of skin that was red and sore to touch or have clothes on, it almost looked like a skin burn. I went to my doctor the next day and she confirmed it was a chemical burn likely from the wax ( I have been getting Brazilians for 2 years now, not my first rodeo and have never had an issue before). As well folliculitis popped up all over (Again not my first Brazilian and have never had this or any ingrown hairs pop up after any of my others), so am on antibiotics now as well for that. I can still barely walk without discomfort and it is insanely painful to even wipe after going to the washroom. I am pretty disappointed as I am new to Vancouver and went here because of the high reputation it seemed to have and positive reviews. Definitely will not be back. Reached out to the business as well to let them know and never heard back still. Just wanted to warn other women of this experience so no one has to go through what I am.
